I love this game I finish the first two edition in PS1 and am looking Frontline edition but in PS1 I hope all Medal of Honor could have in PS1 I hope soon you I'll order to continue my playing past time.. thanks

I got this game for Xbox a little while ago and at first liked it, but now I realize that it's a piece of junk. It's like one man(you) versus the entire nazi army. you barely ever get help from your men, except in a few missions. I highly reccomend Call of Duty instead of this

Let me say, my grandfather fought in WWII, he voulenteered his life to save our freedom, he's still alive today and we both despise this game, you have the first level of Normandy, ok, probably the MOST famous battle (next to charge of stalingrad) in WWII, it's pathetic, you single handedly take over 2 mg42 nests. the game mentions about fighitng with fellow soldiers which you NEVER EVER EVER EVER do! this game is an outrage, pathetic AI, you single handedly take down a german submarine by yourself, infiltrate a nazi headquarters and somehow get promoted to sargent who really just gets [himself] thrown in 1/1000000 odd missions, just STAY AWAY, now if you were to ask me how is call of duty? then take every word i've said and do the opposite, buy COD. NOT MOH!

EA could do much better than this game. The controls are slow and weird. The graphics are also below most other games. Could barely keep me entertained.

I think I've been spoiled by Halo. Medal of Honor Frontline plays terribly and looks pathetic compared to the Xbox's #1 game. The graphics look like a direct conversion of a playstation 2 game (nowhere close to Halo's use of the xbox system's hardware). Play control also suffers: Ever notice how on Halo, when you want to spin around really fast, the analog stick allows you to do it by just pushing to the side as far as possible? Not so in Medal of Honor: try turning around really fast (to shoot someone who is shooting at you in the back...), and you might as well forget it, because it takes a couple of seconds to spin around 180 degrees. And no, there is not a "sensitivity" option. Sniping/zooming-in is also done poorly; I find it harder to hit when zooming-in than when not. After playing through the first two missions (including the supposed "best" D-day mission), I turned the xbox off; the gameplay is that terrible. The actual game missions/scenarios seem cool, but the actual gameplay spoils the fun. I wanted very much to like this game (waited eagerly for several months), but I will be trading in my copy (still within my 14 days) next week on another game.

is it just me or is this game exactly like Allied Assualt? Including the missions and the weapons. If i were u, i would check both of them out before u buy one of them.

This is a great game! The PS2 version was awsome, but the xbox version will be even better with its new multiplayer mode! This game is on the top of my most wanted games this year!

Great premise. FPS set in World War II during and right after D-day. Great weapons. Lots of variety and you can carry many different weapons at one time. (A drawback to Halo.) Some of the mission, like the house-to-house fighting are great. Really intense with a lot of action but also the need for good tactics.
On the negative side: The graphics are really weak. This game fails to make the most of the Xbox's capabilities. Also, because there is no gore in this game, it can be hard to know whether you've hit someone: you can spray a German with machine gun fire and then have to wait a couple of seconds to see whether they fall over. Also, the physics engine is pretty weak, or at least seems so because of the poor graphics. There is no sense of depth perception.
In sum, great idea, fair execution, pretty fun to play but could have been great. Really a shame they didn't put the effort into the graphics.

Authentic war epic

I first played this game on ps2, instantly i knew i wanted it for xbox. I am really into the history of our countrys wars. My father collects jeeps from ww2-korean war. We have almost every model of jeep ever produced. From the original GP's to the m38's to the civilian CJ 2A's. If you are into this you will know what they are, but besides the point. I was really debating on three games, splinter cell, ghost recon and this one. I decided to go with this one cause i really enjoyed privat ryan and i am into war flicks and the history. So far i havent been disapointed with the authenticity of this game. I just plain love it. If you are into first person shooters and war history, then this game is for you. I wasnt dissapointed with it. Good graphics, smooth play and real time music and sound effects, its like your in the war. It would sound awesome with sorround sound. Its a must have. I strongly suggest it. I think my next pick will be splinter cell, i hear its awesome. But for now ill enjoy this game.
