Ordered Halo Combat Evolved and received Halo. But, it was in the Halo Combat Evolved box. WOuld like the correct game.

The version of Halo that I recieved was the "Very best of Platinum Hits" version, so the cover was different than the original (and what was pictured.) My cousin still loves the game as his Christmas present.

Such an overly overrated game like god of war. This is just another fantasy FPS that is nothing special (at least to me.) I'm not gonna write some long review on why it sucks. I'm just gonna recommend a much better substitute like doom for playstation
-P.S. Get a life halo fanatics. Theres more to life than some stupid looking green astronaut shooting other stupid looking things

This is a great game that you will play for hours without realizing how much time has passed. Although it is a game that you shoot and kill, it still doesn't seem violent. Probably because you are shooting aliens and various strange looking creatures. I allow my 7 year old to play it. The only negative I see is some use of foul language but there is not much of it. I highly recommend you try it. Play it and make sure you think it is suitable for your children or teens. Have Fun!

I bought a used xbox just a few weeks ago. Now we all heard that Halo is a must have, so natrually I ordered a copy of this also. WHen I first played the first level, it was descent. But after the 3rd level, I honestly just stopped playing. Not only is there an ENOURMOUS amount of back tracking, but no map. I cant begin to tell you the furustration I had/have. I honestly never completed this game. I stopped after the level called 'the flood.' I guess the rumors of microsoft paying off reviewers is true!

So, I know you are fishy about the XBOX. Everyone is. But, you only need one main reason to own an XBOX, and that is HALO. HALO is the best game ever. Period. It is so realistic, fun, challenging, and just plain cool. So, drop all of your speculations and go get an XBOX, if only for HALO. You'll thank me later.

This game is the best game I have ever played in my life. And yes I have played this game. The graphics are out standing. The multiplayer section is great. The single player mode almost always has somthing going on between tring to stay alive and tring to keep your dumb friends alive, You've got your hands tied.
I have never played a game that allows you to communicate whith your team like this. There is alomst a constaint flow of communication with the other guys. Mostly you don't talk but it is still cool.
When your soilders get shot it leaves a puddle of blood. Same with the Covenent soilders. ( The aliens) And in later levels the dead Marines that are dead come back as zombies. They either hit you or blow up right next to you to cause damage
There another hundred things I could say but it would be to long. Let me just say GET THIS GAME!!!!

If you are good with video games, buy this. NOW. The control is very advanced, but if you can do it it its sooooooooooo much fun! Every mode is awesome!

I was unsure of whether or not to keep the xbox that I had just bought, but when one of my friends told me about HALO, I was just dying to see. As soon as I saw the beautiful textures, and the realistic environments, I knew that this console was for keeps. Also, other elements of gameplay were extremely impressive. Such elements included the intelligence of the AI of both allies and enemies. Also, with devastating, beautifully designed weapons, this games is superior to any other shooter on any other console. I rate this game at five stars because a game of this caliber just doesn't deserve anything less.

WELL AS FOR MYSELF I HAVE OWNED THIS GAME SINCE IT CAME OUT AND I DOUBTS ABOUT THE XBOX BEING A SUCESSFUL CONSOLE BUT I MANAGED TO GET THIS GAME AND IT TURNED OUT GREAT THIS GAME HAS A GREAT STORY LINE AND ALL OF THE OTHER STUFF THAT THE OTHER REVIEWS TOLD YOU. SO IF U WANT TO GET THE XBOX THE IS A GREAT REASON TO GET IT SO THATS ABOUT IT
