Ok Show, Unleilivible Game!

This game is unbelievible! Apart from the fact that there is hundred new Poke'mon, you can play them 2 at atime! And say bye to Team Rocket! Now there is only the Magma and Aqua team. (Magma-Ruby Aqua-Saphire) And on top of that you can chose wether you wanta boy trainer or a girl trainer. And this time in Ruby And Saphire you can chose from these three Poke'mon

Torchic-fire/bird type

Mudkip-water

Treecko-grass/lizard

And there are 2 new legendary creatures(but I can't remember thier names right now). And not to mention more evolution forms for the old Poke'mon. Also, there is a new profesor. Well, my overall all review for this game is unbelievible. I stongly suggest that you buy Poke'mon Ruby or Saphire.

I bought the game used and it has been washed 2 times and dropped down the 2 sets of stairs. It is very durable.

finally! a pokemon game worth playing! with more than 200 new pokemon and stunning graphics (not to mention female trainers) this game is really worth the money. i am pre ordering mine and you should too

I haven't actually got the game yet, but my friends got it and she let me play on it for a bit. It's absolutely brilliant! the graphics are amazing and the new poke'dex and team display look great! I happily played on it for five hours and can say that none of the fun died down during that time! the new poke'mon are inventive and different (Even if their names are rubbish!) and i think that this game's new two on two battling is a hell of a lot more fun and challenging.
The reason why i only gave the game four stars is because i think the only downside is the fact that you can't bring very many of the old poke'mon into the new game and the new name's and poke'mon are not quite as appealing. If you are a fan of poke'mon but don't wish to leave your old 251 behind, then buy this game but don't get rid of your other ones, if you are willing to try something new, then get this, you won't be dissapointed! trust me, this game rocks and i can't wait to own it for myself!

The graphics in Ruby (and Sapphire) are, by far, much better than the other versions. With several different goals to achieve for both Ruby and Sapphire there is unlimited appeal to just about anyone. After finishing the games, you'll definitely want to play it again.

Hello, this review is by a guy that's been playing pokemon since it came out. I use to bring it to school and play it behind my large backpack as my teacher preached her head off. Got a B by copying girls. Life. Anyways.

If you are new to pokemon, then this game should be great, why? A whole bunch of new pokemon. New stuff excites people, simple as that.

However, unlike most people, I also see the negitive part in a game. Thats what makes a review useful.

Bad Stuff:
-For those who have been playing pokemon since the old times, you SHOULD be really bored with its game play now. Why? Let me ask you this. Has the game really change? To me, all it really did was add a girl rival, some new pokemons, new objectives, journey and settings, and new version name. TA DA. The game play is practically the same old game play it was from the first game. You catch pokemon the same way, pokemon fight the same way, same o same o. Just a little bit of added items.

-Looking at some of the pokemons, you can tell they are getting desperate in creating them. Like they were in a rush. "Oh I know, a bear pokemon, lets see, lets make it a teddy bear with weird patterns and call it this and that. Man I'm on a roll!". You should look at Gold and Silver version, wow! Desperate?

-The pokemons are new but their stats and moves don't make them new. If you get my point. In fact, I think most of their lvl up moves are plain messed up and weak. Therefore making the game hard and even frustrating. The bug, plant, and poison pokemons are still stuck with extremely weak special attacks. The creators should play the game more before releasing stuff.

Don't you ever wonder why the people with little imaginations are running the world and the ones with it are stuck on a computer typing reviews? The pokemon show is dying and they do nothing about it other than simply adding on more episodes.

Well to start off you get introduced at the beginning of the story where he gives you a pokemon, which you get to choose who you want to start the game with, if you want to have a real challenge on some of the gym leaders especially winoa, the bird pokemon master you should choose treeko, which eventually evolves into grovile and the several levels later it evolves into sceptile, now if you want to beat the elite four with ease and pretty well all trainers and gym leaders, pick treeko and or mudkip, and the cool part is you get to face the infamous team magma, who their leader, archie, when you get to the cave of origin, once you beat all gym leaders (including sootopolis and mossdeep) archie awakens groudon which causes the worst drought and you go to the cave of origin, use your master ball and it will flawlessly catch the legendary GROUDON, which is pictured on the front of the box and he starts out at lvl 45. but then when you beat the elite four in evergrande city you can acsses sky pillar which is one heck of a maze, and when you get to the top, you face THE ULTIMATE RYQUAZA Dun dun tshoe

Travel through the world of hoenn and catch all 350 pokemon. Just like the past pokemon games you can choose from three new starter pokemon and they are torchick the fire pokemon,trekko the grass pokemon, and mudkip the water pokemon. There are 100 new pokemon, a new professer, and new towns and characters. As you can see here this game is the best pokemon game to be realeased

I don't play the Pokemon games myself, but my kids (ages 10 and 8) love them!

Of all the Pokemon games they have, they said the Ruby and the Sapphire versions are the best.

Okay it's almost the same game as past games but who cares? On with the review.

GRAPHICS: 10/10

The graphics are much better than past games. There is now more color and when you walk in a cave there is fog. When you walk on the beach you can see your footprints in the sand for a few seconds.

STORYLINE: 8/10

Though it's basically the same storyline as previous games it's still pretty good. Become a Pokemon master by traveling to different cities and catching different Pokemon. You can now choose if you want to be a boy or girl.

SOUND: 9/10

The music is pretty much the same as in previous versions but it sounds much better. Every time you enter a new route the sound changes. The battle music is awesome.

BATTLES: 10/10

There is now double battles in which you use two Pokemon and your opponent uses two Pokemon. The battles at the end are pretty tough but you should be able to win.

OVERALL 10/10

Definetly the best Pokemon game made (with the exception of Sapphire which is pretty much the same game) and one of the GBA's best.
