Yes! The Castlevania for Gameboy Advance is far better than any other. At first this game might not apeel to you because it may seem to easy, well yes, the normal badguys in this game can get fairly easy at times when you build up your main charecter's stats. The boss fights however often get really hard, sometimes you may struggle for days trynig to get passed one boss, but it is well worth it. Another great thing about this game is that you will NEVER get bord, there are always badguys to kill and there is always a different path. Thats why Castlevania is one of (if not thee best) game for Gameboy Advance.
The best GBA game so far

I bought the Game Boy Advance the morning it cane out. That was about a week ago. Sence then, I have purchased the top rated games : Super Mario Advance, Rayman Advance, Tony Hawks Pro Skater 2, F-Zero Maximum Velocity, Iridon 3D, and of course Castlvania : Circle of The Moon. It was definatly the best one of them all. It never gets borring, the graphics are great, and you can come up with over 80 different moves by combining powers. This game definately lives up to Castlevania standards. If you are about to get a GBA, DEFINATELY pick up a copy of this game. You won't regret it.
its cool

This the best game I have ever played. Its challenging but not hard, Dark and gloomy but not scary, Long but not repetitive. I think I'll go play it now. It's sooo much fun. The only problem is that the screen is hard to see unless there is a good light source near.
A must get for fans or newcomers to Castlevania

This game is awesome. It is challenging but fun. Whip out the good old trusty, well, whip, and take it to the zombies, skeletons, axe armors (very scary looking) etc. The only thing wrong with the game is that it is sometimes too dark and seeing slime dropping off the ceiling can be difficult. Expect to use antidotes a lot for this reason. If you have the game you know what I mean. Other than that, the DSS system is kind of complicated, but it's cool using a fire whip! Overall, you have to get this, I command you, go to a store, and buy this.
EXTREMELY FUN!

but needs a few minor adjustments. First of all, the game is so dark you practically need a 500 wat light bulb just to see it. The gameplay is good and I really like the card system. It is also very challenging. This is also the first 2d Castlevania game since Symphony of the Night.I recommend this game to any Castlevania fan out there. I also can't wait for Harmony of Dissonance and White Night Concerto!
Reason enough to own a GBA

The great Castlevania series makes a phenominal debut as one of the GBA's launch titles. Those who loved the classic Playstation Castlevania: Symphony of the Night and the Super NES classic Castlevania IV will undoubtadly love this, as the storyline finds young Nathan Graves on the trail of the recently ressurected Dracula. The gameplay is typical challenging Castlevania fare, along with a few surprising additions like the card system, and the visuals are fantastic as well. But, as with every great game there are a few gripes; the musical score isn't as dynamic and haunting like in SOTN because the game is in a cartridge format, and its hard to find proper lighting due to the dungeon's dark backdrop, but all that aside this is a great game. Castlevania vets and newcomers will find COTM entertaining and a worthy addition to your GBA library.
This is why I like Konami

Konami really knew what they were doing when they made this game, it has really good background detail, a good story line, and a ton of classic Castlevania features.
The action-attribute cards really add exitement to the game, by adding over 80 different spells and abilities, such as flame whips, ice shields, etc. etc.
If you like Castlevania (or just good vampire hunter games) you have GOT to get this game.
Castlevania:Circle of the Moon definitely worth getting.....

Castlevania has always been one of my favorite series. So, when I heard they would be making one to play on the go on your Gameboy Advance, I got pretty psyched about it. Upon purchasing it and playing it, all I can say is it exceeded my expectations for a Castlevania game. My only gripe with the game was that it was a tad too dark to see it good on the screen to play. Most people complain that games on the GBA are hard to see. I, myself, haven't had a problem with one except for this one. That gripe is a small one and didn't take away from my experience, though. Castlevania:Circle of the Moon is definitely worth getting to add to your Library of games for the GBA.
Best Castlevania on the GBA.

I loved looking for the different spell cards and that whole system. The controls were also nice and easy to use (take that Harmony) and it was long enough even for me. The only drawback? Possibly the darkness that made it impossible to see what was going on unless you were playing directly under a fluorescent lamp. But if you have an SP, that shouldn't be a problem at all. A must have for SOTN fans.
