This is as good as it gets. By far, the best GBA game on the market. Many playerd perfer Golden Sun, but they're wrong. THis game features a hundred different spells, 5 sub-weapons, 5 classes, and will probably provide at least a hundred hours of gameplay. The replayability is fanatstic. Graphics are sweet, but the sound is simply sublime. This alone is a reson to buy the GBA.

Konami has had its Castlevania series running for quite some time. Starting out on the NES, then going to the Game Boy, SNES, Playstation, N64, and now to the GBA. This game is fantastic in all aspects. The graphics, though somewhat dark, are excellent, the controls are easy to adapt to and very easy to master, the music is fantastic, and the game play is addicting and has a lot of depth. As you explore the depths of Dracula's Castle, collecting armor, gaining experience, and using your whip against the armies of the undead, you'll come across DSS cards. These magical cards, when used in combination with each other can warrant a multitude of special magical attacks. This is a truly great game that should be enjoyed by all, try to play this game at all costs.

I had never played a Castlevania game before, but I was pleasantly suprised. It's a side scrolling game full of excitement, but with RPG elements, like spellcasting, and leveling up to gain more power. It is a great adventure, and a moderate challenge that should last you a while.

Castlevania: Circle of the Moon is the best Action/Adventure Game for the GBA yet. It has components of the original Castlevanias with new features, like the DDS, which allows you to gain special powers and trade your little whip for electric whips, fire whips, swords and more.

You will not be dissapointed with this game, especially at [the cost]

This game is great! It is like synphony but with its own little twist.I just got the game so i haven't beaten it,yet, but so far its cool.With the multitude of weapons,DSS cards, and wagic cloths its enough to keep you busy.If you dont like games that are hard, have a lot ofaction or where you have to sole a puzzle you won't like it. I can't think of any game that is better!

This game is awsome. I am an old school gamer and compare to the oridginal games this blows the out of the water. the grafics are amaszing and the music rocks the house. It is difficult at first to get used to but when you start blasting away demons with youre wipe and throw knifes and axes at bats you realy get adictid. This game is challenging and it reminds you of the old school games.

In truth, Castlevania:Circle of the Moon is indeed the best launch title ever. Usually, the game company starts small and grows bigger, but when I saw the size of Castlevania:COTM, I was amazed. It's a mix of Symphony of the Night, for the PS, and the basic first three Castlevanias. The DSS cards expand the gameplay beyond imagination, and the game is so addicting, because you die so often! This IS a challenging game, and I gaurantee if you want to finish it maxed out, it'll take a couple weeks of playin' 24\7.This game is full of secrets, and deserves 5 stars.

This is the first game i bought along w/my GBA. I haven't played the castlevania series since i had my old NES back in the late 80's. I really didn't expect to like this game, only bought it since i don't like the more "kiddie" games such as mario or army men. To my surprise, i'm having fun playing this. The game's definitely good stuff. Things that are good about the game are that it's simple, fairly well laid out, and the music definitely sets a mood. That being said, i do wish that graphically it would've pushed the GBA harder and be forwarned, it is DIFFICULT to see the action many times due to the darker hues of the game graphics(even when sitting with all the lights on!). this has still gotta be one of the better games out. I'm looking foward to street fighter!

Perfect mobile gaming experience (shot of a pc game on a laptop) is circle of hte moon only rivaled by the new castlevania games and metroid fusion. this game, although tough at some points offers a long play time and reasons to play through it again. If your starting out getting a game boy advanced or sp definatly pick up this or any of the other castlvania games with it.

Don't get me wrong, this game rocks with great graphics, challenging bosses and creative card magic, the only problem I have with it is that all you can have is a whip. If all you have is a GBA, this is a great starter one, if you have a PSone, get Symphony of the Night.
