I really loved this game. I had lots of fun losing myself from the everyday in this game. The graphics are good and the game worked well on my XP machine. PS shoot Santa just for fun!

the first one was more action based,rpg and here it becomes more of a shooter game.

This game rocks! I played a demo like 2 years ago and i was crazy about it!

It's the classic first-person-shooter game, but what I liked is the bunch of gadgets you can use, since coins, arrows, camera, flashlight, to machine guns and grenades.

What I didn't like much was the end of the game. I was expecting a little bit more.

I agree with everyone that the game is superb, blah blah blah & all the hype!
But just a reminder:
NEVER RUN THIS GAME ON A POOR MACHINE!
you will need a very fast machine to see the game in perfect action.
I think the game's requirements is a bit HIGH.
For example they(the developers) suggest you use a Pentium4 for High details.
Yeah like i can afford that!

Graphics are really nice, but that's about all that is good in this game... I bought a strategy guide book, and still can't finish some of the levels. Some of the levels are quite confusing and long. Lots of strategy, not much shooting.Multiplayer on DSL is practicly unplayable, anyone got T3 ? After playing NOLF 1 ,this one is a dissappointment.

awesome graphics, sound, gameplay...its funny bla bla bla enough of this...JUST GO BUY IT...if you like first person shooters u WILL like this im sure.

Buyers beware this game does not read in all CDroms

I'd drop a review letting you know a nasty little situation that I and other users have come across with certain games that uses the newest form of copy protection (I'm not sure what its called since info like that is hard to find). It seems that No One Lives Forever 2 and The Thing both use the same new copy protection that results in the CD being unreadable in several CDrom models such as the "Samsung SD-616F DVD drive" and "creative 52x cdrom" and I am sure there are other effected models...

Oh P.S. Thus far firmware upgrades to the Cdrom hardware have not solved the problem and as of this letter Samsung has issued no information regarding firmware updates to solve this issue, their last firmware was 7/2002. With this type of issue simple game patches will not repair this either since the cdrom will not even read the CD

NOLF is still in my top 10 list of games to buy.NOLF2 will be in my list as well! I was very suprised at how funny this game is.I love the banana trip.This game has the best graphics i have ever seen in a FPS.I am so glad they brought back the snowmobile .I love that.The writing is hilarious!
There are a few very minor grips.Throw a grenade out of view to distract and you cannot hear the explosion.But big deal right!This game is superb.Kick's Jedi's ... Definately buy it.

No One Lives Forever 2

- Possible Monolith's (the people behind this game) strongest side in game making is their wierd sence of humor and the Lithtech engine wich is being developed by their sister company.

- No One Lives Forever 2 is a great game, and have everthing what NOLF 1 had plus more. Alltough, its not perfect. The storyline wasent so great as the first game, plus the final release of the game had incredible many bugs... I suggest you download ever darn official patch you can find for this game wich fixes thosse bugs. Oh... Another thing, the game requiers a strong computer. Make sure your system is way over the requierments before buying the game, cause the Lithtech engine is a unnessacery heavy engine. But, all in all, i was very satisfied with the game...

this game has more bugs than any other game I have played, the music stinks, I think part 1 was much better, I think you should wait for 3 and pass on this one.
