I played this game three times and couldn't run to sell it on ebay fast enough. I kept waiting for something interesting to happen and it never did. I had high hopes for this game. I've been playing games since Pong. This was seriously one of the biggest disappointments I've experienced in my lifetime of playing video games.

Assassin's Creed is one of those games that has generated a lot of media hype. Is the hype justified? I think so. At least there isn't Assassin's Creed Mountain Dew. Although, I would like Altair's outfit for next year's Renn Faire. At any rate, I best get on with the review.
First of all, video games are a form of entertainment. We shouldn't loose sight of that fact. People who tend to play a lot of video games, 'Gamers' as we like to be called, tend to get a bit jaded and nit pick over game mechanics and minor inconsistencies. In a game like Assassin's Creed, you need to look upon the game as something unique, a form of entertainment that really plays like an interactive movie.
The game is beautiful, truly deserving of the 'next gen' title. Assassin's Creed is simply a game that you need to see to believe. It is just right and broad enough to be accessible to every level of gamer. Enjoy Assassin's Creed for what it is, a truly remarkable Action Adventure game that raises the bar in terms of graphics, story telling, and gameplay. No game is perfect (probably with the exception of Bioshock), so get Assassin's Creed and enjoy it. You'll more than likely be happy you did.

I've owned an Xbox 360 since launch and this is by far the best game I've ever played on the system. The graphics are perfect and the gameplay is unlike anything I've ever played. I recommend this to anyone with skin on their hands.

Love the graphx... amazing really when you own a 60" flatscreen, and a 360. What else could a girl want right? I rented the game, but as soon as I got sick of playing a "male" character, I returned it to the store not wanting to buy it for myself for that reason alone.
Come on guys... how hard is it to write in the ability for a female to be the heroine huh? I expected more, better luck next time.
A total snooze fest.

I've got an idea. Let's create a game where all you do is walk around and push your way through crowds, try not to be noticed and draw absolutely no attention to yourself.
That is a great idea! It needs a good name and a high price or no one will buy it.

I've never seen a game in my life with this much detail put it the citys; they really do feel like a living breathing city.
Graphics are great, sound is great, animations, are great and lots of detail.
I've only played played past the first major assassination (love those because the whole town alarm goes off) however i really can't find much to complain about other than the story line is a little odd with that memory and future thing, but that doesn't change the fact that this is a great game.

Yes they send me twice the worng product, i buy the PS3 version an they give 2 times the 360!!!! the third are correct but im very angry an pissme off this problem!!!
