This is a great game. I played at my friends house and immeadiatly loved it. It's a great game. If you like Crash. Spyro, and Banjo Kazooie, then you will really love this game.

this game sux once you beat it.it gets so boring it is no fun playing.if you buy this game you will want your money back because i do i sold that P.O.S A.S.A.P. do not buy it is not worth 19.98 it is worth well free.

This Game is stupid and boring. This game has no weapons of anytype. Not even My sister who is 8 can't do it with my help. The only reason I gave it 2 stars for fun is because my sister loves playing it. Most of the missions are almost immpossible such as the power cell mission.If you want a fun game buy Jak 2 which at least has weapons or buy Jak 3. Don't waste $20 on this piece of junk. I'm eventually going to sell this game for $15 Please take my advice don't buy rent first!

pros:
Daxter is always a good comic relief.
They have pretty good humor when you go through the different places.
It is fun or frustrating to go on your flut-flut.
Jak has some pretty fun to use punch/kick moves.
cons:
The only thing you do in the game is collect power cells by doing tasks or paying some guy or finding scout flies or just finding them, this makes the game extremely repeditive and takes most fun away.
Almost all tasks are frustrating.
Its hard to keep your eco gauge up.
Most zoomer/flut-flut missions are frustrating.
Bosses are frustrating, repetitive and just plain annoying.
Finding stuff is so boring.
Finding precursor orbs(money) is always hard
This game has quite a few flaws in it though it can be fun(rarely) you should choose Jak2 instead even though it has gotten many "rave" reviews.

Crazy game. It gets into your mind like nothing else (except pop rocks and pepsi (don't try that man. . .ouch)). Jak is the man and Daxter is one cool weasel and you can fly around shooting crazy things like turtles on school buses and even flying birds. Your range of weapons choice is extremely high including that of the Wangmaster 5000 Flamethrower with remote. Buying this game made me think that some people out there don't get to experience what it feels like to blow off a snails head with a rocket launcher (secret code: X,Triangle,Up,Up,Triangle,Left). There ya go gamers, that should make this game even better than it already is. Rock on! Go Jak!

dosent hold a candle to any rachet and clank game.

warning this game looks childish and it is. its boring youre running around collecting power cells a carbon copy of most platformers is exactly what this is. personally i think jand d is very boring. youre constantly being annoyed by daxter and collecting little easter eggs looks like a kids game and plays like one too. if youre a the parent of an 8or9 year old this is a best buy. if you are a serious gamer get rachet and clank going commando it blows this game away. no comparison jak and daxter shall be done with rachet and clank and insomniac deserve all the spotlight.

This game is nothing short of amazing.

Ok, let's get some things straight. Jak II is an awful game. Anyone who thinks that Jak II is better has something wrong with them. Jak and Daxter, on the other hand, is incredible. This game is like a work of art. The environments are beautiful and incredible. Here is a few of the many levels:

Sentinel Beach-
This level is really easy, but it's fun as hell. You get to run from ferocious dogs, and yes, even chase seagulls. You get to witness some beautiful sunrises, and flawless graphics, too.
Difficulty (1-5)= 1
Rating = 4.5

Forbidden Jungle-
This level is difficult compared to sentinel beach, but still a blast. There is a very cool boss here, too.
Difficulty (1-5) = 2.5
Rating = 4

Precursor Basin-
This level is ok. There is a few difficult goals.
Difficulty (1-5) = 3.5
Rating = 2

This game is great. Buy it now. Just DONT buy Jak II. It's visually boring and the goals are repetitive.

this game is terrible in all aspects accept graphics. the characthers are irritating the music is boring and the gameplay is pure trash. all you do is walk around collecting and that is it period. another thing is how bad can video game music be. all jak and daxter has is the same damm beat every 2 seconds. the characthers kept pi-------g me off. there just is not enough to do in the game tomake it a winner. the controls completely suck too giving you a hard time all the time. overall the only good thing was the graphics theyre nice and pleasent to look at. but who cares if the actuaul gameplay is no fun.

this is a great game!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You get to drive thesecool cars and run over flying lurkers.
You getta defeat a robot at the endand only I could only beat it.You getta punch yakowsin thier butts.and thats it.
