This is the best game in any genre to come out on the Nintendo 64. The graphics are superb, the game play is excellent, the AI is one of the best out there, and this game has infinite replay value because of the multi-player modes. I have had this game for almost a year and I still find myself playing it all the time! Also one thing that should be noted is that this game was a million seller. So join the more than one million GoldenEye007 players and buy yours today (HINT HINT)!

Even though this game came out long time ago, there is still something unmatched in Goldeneye after countless releases. The multiplayer capability of this game is absolutely the best way to get at your friends. Not only are there different playing fields and different weapons,there are different multiplayer scenarios (team, living daylights (capture the flag), liscence to kill, and more) After solving part of the sigle player game, you will have access to hidden characters for the multiplayer part (Jaws, Mayday, etc).This game will keep you and your friends screaming and shooting at each other for hours!!!

Goldeneye is quite possible the best first-person shooter.

Goldeneye...well...ya just can't beat it. It is a great game. The graphics are great(especially for a console game). The heads look a little funny, but you can't help it. That is the ONLY problem with the game. The controls fit well with the surrounding enviorment. The sound is good. I just wish that they used speech. That would mke the game unsurpassed. It's not just the best game(besides..oh...Zelda) on the N64...It's probaly only surpassed by Metal Gear Solid, for playstation. If you had to choose a game...Goldeneye should be it. You won't be disapointed!!

First I saw this game, it fascinated me. It is great fun to play alone, but when you pla 2 against 2, the fun really starts. We played nights and days, just shooting. The real fun started, and you should try this, when you finish frigate in secret agent under 4:30. This means no radar. Now put a sheet between the two halfes of the TV, and the fun is perfect!

007 is probably the best game 64 has came out with it has just about everything that im looking for in a rpg its got awsome sound and its awsome blasting some soldier's head off like in the dam you can get the snyper riffel on the wach tower and zoom in on a soldier in the tunnel 300 yards away from you and blast his head off

Getting an N64 is worth it just to play Goldeneye. The three difficulty levels with different cheats available for completing levels within a certain time goal make sure the game has long playability.

The way that you can split the screen in 1/4th's and go around the different "mazes" to blow your friends' head off is just great

The start is infuriating but the excitment builds until you have the hang of it all. You complete the fist levels and then you find that there are another 2 levels of difficulty ahead. Why do people write these programs to waste my time. Oh my son wants his Nintendo 64 back now so I will tackle the higher levels later. PS I am 40 and my son is 7. Dads are horrible aren't they.

This game is entirely deserving of 5 stars, hands down.

This game deserves more than 5 stars. Turok 2, even with it's incredible graphics, couldn't topple this one. An absolute blast. I mean, if you don't know about this game, if you've never played it, then I pity you. Seriously. Buy it. Buy it now. Buy it even if you don't have an N64 (play it at your friend's house, or something). The multiplayer is the best I've ever seen. Amazing. Simply amazing.
