Goldeneye offers plenty of suspense, sometimes it is too much suspense! It has plenty of levels, action, weapons, and like I said suspense! It is a first peson shooter. You are James Bond, your mission, HAVE FUN! I know you will love this game if you like action games! Every level has a different mission, but BEWARE, if your nerves can't take suspensful games, DO NOT get this game! I know you will love this game, and it is definitly worth your money! This game will never get old, you will play it all night long!

Lord,
It has been too darn long since I last played this master piece.

The single player mode is too much fun. But, the 99% of the credit goes to the multi game mode.
Great selection of weapons, nice variety of levels, Huge list of characters to choose from (from the original bond movies), fun options while playing (Bobble head characters, paint ball shooting marks).
I am telling you the game was the center of attention with friends. Large gatherings, challenges, playing till the break of dawn. I will give the game credit from keeping us off the streets =) .

I don't know if I can find this game, but boy if you can! Find three friends and Play it without mercy.

All the best,
Nawaf

I purchaced this game many years ago and I have to say it is one of the best games EVER!!!

This game not only has many missions at different skill levels, but offers an awesome multiplayer mode.

Another great aspect of this game is the ability to cheat, easily. All one needs to do is (A) go to a cheat code website (I like gamewinners.com but there are MANY more sites out there) and punch in buttons. Or (B) get a gameshark with codes for the game (gamewinners.com has a good selection of gameshark codes as well) and have fun!!!

This is one of my favorite FPS's of all time. It stands right alongside Halo, and Battlefield 1942. The single player missions are done wonderfully, the enviroments are great, and the multiplayer is the best I have ever played.

BUY THIS!

It was a brilliant First Person Shooter(FPS) game from the day it hit markets to the day last gen. ended,Like other classic Nintendo 64 titles,AND PlayStation(1) titles, like Metal Gear Solid. It had very various missions in goosd environments, from the snows of Siberia to the Jungles of Cuba, from inside bunkers and Chemical Weapons facilities to the War torn streets of St.Petersburg.But i want this game remade,i know RareWare no longer belong to Nintendo, and is now with MicroSoft-and RareWare does not have the 007 Jame Bond game licence no more-EA Games have it and their only decent Bond games are TWINE,Everything Or Nothing and From Russia With Love, and they are not as good as 007 GoldenEye.So instead of another Bond game next year, why not remake 007 GE?-It would rather be fore XBox 360,Nintendo DS or PlayStation Portable-Most likely XB 360.A remake would be great!-THey could punch in updated graphics, and add about 10-15 new levels and keep the old ones-The SAME,just like "The Twin Snakes" was MGS1 remade for GameCube-Also they could add maybe some gadgets and new manovres-c`mon "007 GoldenEye" deserves to be be remade,it was a success in sales-and is still remembered.Don`t choo guys agree?-Oh, and some actual Speech would be nice-James Bond,Natalya Siminova, the Jail Guard(I would laugh if they made him to be like The Metal Gear Solid games funny Jail Guard-Johnny Sasaki !),Col.Ourmov,006 etc.
Bye.

Excellent Graphics. Great Entertainment

Get this game play it. Then walk away and say "what the heck". Sit back down and play it again. Earn the cheats and play again. Get friends over. It is the best Multiplayer game ever invented. If you earn the cheats, this game will never get old.

A really cool game to play

One of the best games for the Nintendo 64 game system, Goldeneye is a must get for all video gamers and Bond fans. Players take on the role of James Bond, 007, during the Goldeneye mission. This game, however isn't your everyday video game/ movie tie-in. This goes way beyond the plot of the movie. Also, there is a multiplayer option(my favorite) where up to four players can meet to see who deserves the liscense to kill the most. Even after you have beat the games, the reward of cheats, secret levels, and weapons will keep you coming back for more. PS This game isn't for you little siblings. It may cause violent behavior(hence my reason for the one star in educational value.)

The game that never stops being fun.

I bought this game YEARS ago but I still play it a lot. There are three skill levels so even if you're not one of those people that can beat a game in thirty minutes, you'll still be able to beat at least somthing. And, if you are one of those that can beat a game in thirty minutes, you'll definately get a challenge. The multiplayer part of the game is great too. Most games become obsolete or forgotten after a year or so, but Goldeneye is a legend. However, a new game that some call "the sequel to Goldeneye" (called Perfect Dark) will be coming out this fall and is already expected to be a lot better. Goldeneye is still a great game. I wouldn't reccomend for younger kids, it gets kind of violent.

james bond is still at the top

the perfect secret agent, daring, charming, and of course dangerous. now i know this game is old, and i'm still reviewing it, but it doesn't get boring. it was game of the year, '96 or '97 i belive, and it did deserve it. it is an instant classic. and it was kind of easy because if you watched the movie, you could probably beat it. but i liked the difficulty settings, agent, secret agent, and 00 agent, then there is the the hardest 007 agent, which took me a while to get. the cheats are also fun, especially the gold pp7. anyway, it still interests me after all these years, and if you don't have it, i say , go get it. you're missing out on a great game.
