About 100 times more fun than the original, with tons of extra feature

Excellent port from the NES version. If you've played Super Mario Bros. or Super Mario All-Stars, you know what you're getting into. Got the game, and, while it took a little adjustment (it felt a little odd playing SMB on Game Boy, but I got over it real soon), I was into the game in no time.

For anyone who owned an NES or played SMB in the arcades, this is a must buy. It is exactly the way it was back then. It has the "Lost Levels" and special "Toy Box" features. Gotta love that. The one gripe I have is that, because it is an exact port of the NES version, sometimes you have to scroll the screen (by using up or down) to see the picture. I'll admit that the first few times through, I wasted a few lives accidentally hitting Koopa Troopa's I didn't see, and Lakitu was usually above the screen dropping Spiny's, so I didn't know where he was unless I scrolled up. Other than that, it's an awesome game. A must have for anyone who had an NES or, like me, wasted quarters at the arcade on SMB.

I just got this game for christmas a few days ago and I can't put it down! It's much more detailed and graphic then the one from the '80s and a ton more fun!

Mario is a game all ages will enjoy. The many levels are challenging for the most experienced player. However, levels are short enough for the inexperienced player to learn enough tricks to make it to the end without total frustration. The warp feature is interesting.....allowing you to advance levels by finding secret passages. All in all, Super Mario Deluxe is a great game which provides many hours of fun.

This is a great game for the whole family! It has great graphics and sound. The game is the same as the original Super Mario Brothers on Nintendo but with new features and side games this is a great toy. I recomend this game for everyone.

This is a great alternative to the original. They came as close as they could to the original considering their limitation on screen size, controls, and sound capability.

I think that this game was one of the best game boy games ever made. There are many levels and cool time warps so you don't get bored. And once you're done with one game, you can pass a test and get a whole nother 32 levels. Also, it isn't violent and there are many secret passages so you have to use your brain to think about it.

I really love this game. In it's chips are the options to play a lot of hours with or mini games on the side. In the long run game you can be Luigi or Mario. with the mini games you cn fight Boo, get your fortune told, look at Maroi/Luigi in difrent places. Go under Challenge where you can play the levels you have passed in a atempt to collect all the red coins and sometimes a egg wich becomesa Yoshi. Set up a calender. And try to set a high score. BOTTOM LINE:IT IS A FABULOUS GAME YOU SHOULD GET!

I thought this was a great game and if your into adventure then its for you!It has lots of levels hard and easy.You can go against other characters or just play alone.There are little creatures in all the levels and a big one at the castle at the end.

this game is so cool theres lots of levels easy & hard & you need to jump over big holes defeat large monsters & kill smallcreatures.In this game you can also make a calendar,have your furtune told,make pictures,find Yoshis egg,& you can play Mario,Luige & race levels against a ghost Boo!ITs a great game.If your into adventure its for you.Oh ya you can save your games its so cool!
