Its a video game based off the best show... Dragon Ball Z do I have to say any more???

Hey Wazzup? Aight! I got this game on Christmas day and really enjoyed it! It was tight you can be o lot o people! The only thing bad was that it is easy! The tournaments, no sinch! The story goes to fast and i beat that leater night! Theres no buu saga either! Of course you can do good moves like the kamehameha wave and junk but overall it is ok! If you like a fast easy game get this! Hey but i didn't say it wasn't fun! It is fun!

This game is what a true DBZ game should be. This game mixes a bit of the old with a bit of the new. What do I mean by this? I mean that they take all of the old sagas and turn them into a complete 3d world and then they take all of the real voice actors and put them in the game. You can turn SS in this game and even turn into an Ascendant Super Saiyan! It is great although u cant fly or jump you can still get a kick out of this game. If you hate Dragonball Z I am sure that you get past this game and realize that you are playing a game that has the potential to become a great classic fighting game. So buy this or I shall give you a GALLIC GUN FIRE!

If you're a fan, or just know the story, you'll appreciate the large assortment of characters, battlegrounds, and unlockables. If you don't know the story, it's still a good fighting game with unique abilities and customization options. The strategy guide is very helpful as well! Overall, a very good game, and worth anyone's [money]
(I personally am not an avid DBZ fan, my brother keeps me informed)

This game is great if you like DBZ.If you don't like it I would not recommend it.There are alot of characters on this game which is a good thing.Sad thing is the fighting on it is pretty bad.Each character does the same move with a different name.It gets pretty boring.The moves on it are too hard to do, so you have to press start and refer to how to them each time you begin a game.So I don't recommend this game unless you are a big fan of Dragon Ball Z.I do recommend if you like DBZ to check out Ultimate Battle 22 the DBZ Japanse Import for the Playstion.

Dragon Ball Z Budokai is horrible. The graphics are ok, but the gameplay is slow. I'm not a big Dragon Ball Z fan, but I do like good fighting games and this is not one of them. I would not recommend buying this game, if you are DBZ fan then you might want to rent it.

Wow this game is amazing. If you are a big dbz fan buy this game. There are 23 playable characters including Raditz Yamcha Great Saiyaman and Zarbon plus more. The tranz move is really easy and you can tranz to any of the characters forms (except Goku SSJ2 and SSJ3). The tranzes are Goku- Kaioken 2x, 5x, and 10x, Super Saiyan
Vegeta- Super Saiyan, Super Vegeta
Gohan- Super Saiyan, Super Saiyan 2
Piccolo- fuse with Nail and Kami
Cell- Second Form, Final Form, and Final Form Power Weighted and etc.

You can use every players attacks from kamehameha to spirit bomb and big bang. There is a story mode that follows you all the way up to the Cell saga while playing different characters on each level. BUY THIS GAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a game!, but needs more than 1 player in tournament.

If you are a fan of Dragon Ball Z and you haven't bought Dragon Ball Z Budokai, you need some serius work to do to buy that game. If you are a fan of DBZ, you'll love this game! It goes all the way up to the Cell Game sagaw!It has a lot of characters including Hurcule and Great Sayaman! The special moves that you can pull off in this game with most of the characters are amazing! The music is great, and the graphics are smooth! There is only one problem with the game. When you play World Tournament, you can only play one player. In other words, there is not allowed to be more than one player in the World Tournament mode. Even though there is a Duel mode, I would still like to see a two or more player mode in the next Dragon Ball Z games that come out. Besides this flaw, the game is great! Great graphics and great sounds make this game fun! There are many different modes to play in, so it takes a long time to beat it! If you are not a Dragon Ball Z fan you won't like this game. IF you are a Dragon Ball Z fan, you'll love it! It's worth the money!

This is quite possibly the worst fighting game I have ever played. Its a shame because I love the show. The battle system is just horrible. The game supposedly covers the series through the Cell Games, yet The Great Saiyaman is a character. Meanwhile, a host of other characters that should've been included were not. Just as the American version of the show has been changed into a kid's program, this game is also for children.
