This game looked really fun when I just bought it. So I tried it out but was a bit disappointed...The graphics are a bit iffy and the game overall is a bit complicated. The sideshows and resteraunts are fun to mess around with, and they look different in each theme park. Which is kinda neat, cuz you can put a bunch of salt on your fries... :) It's fun for a while, but it gets a tad boring, especially if you have played Roller Coaster Tycoon before playing this game.

It's like your own Disneyland!

Wow! This game is really fun for young teens and kids too! You create your own amusement park. There are 4 fun themes to choose from. But be careful - this game is very addicting! At a good price, this is a great choice for a gift!

Don't get me wrong, this is a really fun game. It just didn't work right on my computer. Once, it crashed so bad, my computer had to go into hibernation. However, if you have Windows 98, then don't hesitate to buy it. It is a great game.

Was fun until I joined this century computerwise.

Sim Theme Park is a GREAT game to play. You can ride the rides and wander down among the people to watch over your park. However, make sure you don't start out with 98 and switch to XP because then the game is going to collect dust. And just when you're completely hooked on it. *sigh*

I really like this game. It's cool being able to create our very own theme park! But, you lose money fast. And I mean FAST! You've got to strategize, like you need to in all strategy games. So, if your not good at strategy games, this isn't the game for you. P.S.- the graphics aren't that great, kinda slow downloads, and it crashes every so often.

In the beggining it is incredibly CONFUSING!!! It "may" get better with time and cooperation. I don't think anyone from 9-99 would ever be able to figure this game out. Although, the graphics are the best in any CD ROM I've ever seen. You can ride the rides, and see from peoples points of views. The "! Guy" that "helps you" is just AGGRIVATING!!!!!! He comes in weird outfits like Albert Einstein!!! I would strongly advise people not to buy it if you think it's going to be like the "5 star Roller Coaster Tycoon".

I keep playing and playing and I can't stop. I love how the graphics are so friendly-looking, right down to the faces of the little customers. Easy controls and because I'm such a perfectionist, I keep deleting and starting again and I never get sick of it because the effects (the resulting sims, their path, their actions) are different.

I think it's well worth buying because you can play it for years and years to come :)

Unfortunately, it does not work on a Windows XP System. I Googled and followed the threads about how to fix this but after many times of trying everything, I gave up. I am eagerly awaiting for, if any, a new version of this so it will work on my comp!!
