As expected, Halo 3 doesn't stray to far from the proven formua of the origional Halo. Bungie Studios has continued to make improvemnets as the series went on with the third instalment being no exception.
Taking full advantage of the Xbox 360 system, the graphics for this game are amazing. Every detail, down to realistic splashes when bullets hit puddles and streams, is included, giving Halo 3 the most life-like experience yet. Eevn with the new 360 controlers, the basic button actions remain the dame with only minor modifications, making it easy for Halo vets to pick it right up and sart playing.
Easy controls were one of the very first thing to be complemented in the origional Halo game, this one is no differant. The average gamer should be able to get the hang of it in 10-15 minutes.
A much anticapated update was the addition of new weapons, and boy are they worth it! With slightly revised alien handheld weapons and numerous fresh guns for the Master Chief, you will never get bored. The ability to dual-wield weapons carries over from Halo 2 allowing you to open up very strong fire on opponants!
The historically superb multiplayer feature comes through again with more fun for Halo budds. Halo 3 retains the online feature.
As has been with the entire series, the replay value on Halo 3 is very high, due to enhanced A.I. in enemies. This gives the player a unique experiance every time he or she plays the game.
The storyline continues where Halo 2 left off, giving gamers the feel that they really are Master Chief. Haunting images of Cortana appear seemingly at random in th Chief's visor. Put them all together to solve the mystery.
Halo 3 is most definately a canidate for game of the year; fully utilizing the new features and upgrades of the Xbox 360 and providing gamers with one of the best storyline-directed shooter video games out there.

dude this game rocks. the best from halo ce and halo 2 combinded with killer graphics and sweet new wepons and more. also the playback option is amzing. this game is woth it.

I really like this game and the new features it has but it may take some time to lke it because i found it very boring in the beginning otherwise GREAT GAME!!!!!
