It's a pretty fun game. the graphics are good and the FMVs are great! i really like the dragoon outfits, they're really nicely detailed. the towns are really nice and the music is also appealing. about the only downsides were that you can only carry a max of 32 items and you can only walk on the world map on these sort of "tracks". some people say the voice acting is bad but i think is fairly good. i recommend this game for anyone who loves RPGs.

This game should be number 1!

This game rocks! From the Graphics to the Additions Battling System. Trust me if you're a begginer like me you'll love this game,because the booklet that comes with it helps you allot and I think this game is user friendly. The story is great. The battling system is Awesome and the Music is "Wired". This is my only RPG and I wouldn't have it any other way.

I haven't quite beat the game yet (heck, I'm only on disc 3)but from what I have done ....! Ok, so the transition are a little slow, but so what? the battles are fun, the graphice are awesome, and it is challenging! If you get lost in games easily, wow, you'll be gone. I'll sit on the floor for hours playing this. This makes a great gift for anyone wh likes RPGing. Uhh, ok, now i gotta go play again. see ya!!

This game rocks in every aspect possible. A true RPG.Exceptional story line, battle system, and some cut scenes have VERY VERY
good graphics. The game is a long one, and that is what makes it fun to play. I own this game, and played it around a total of 670 hours. Not joking. Its that fun. This game gets better every time you start a new game.
It took me a while to understand the story, but was glad I did.
You won't get a Dragoon spirit until you're around 1/3rd through
the first disc, and that's what I guess will be irratating to
some of you but I hate being cheap on a game. This game is clean,
unlike the most of the Final Fantasy franchise. The game presents a good challenge and you can expect some bosses to be
easy while others hard. You gain new additions at certain levels
and some are awesome, though Shana/Miranda uses a bow and thus have no additions but they play a vital role in helping you survive as they can revive dead party members and heal you. I do encourage you to try not to flip off some bosses that have
12,000+ HP, though I know it's hard. GET THIS GAME!!!!!!!!!

We all know that, for all intensive purposes, the PS1 is dead. But, boy, did it go out with a bang! This is one of the best RPGs I've ever played! Final Fantasy VII is still a little better, but this one is a VERY close second. The Legend of Dragoon (That's right, I said THE Lengend of Dragoon) is just plain COOL!
PS Some of you need to learn to spell! It's Dragoon, not Dagoon or Draggon. It's unless, not anless! Take a grammer lesson!

This game extra long so you can play alot more than some games. This game has the best boss music.It's the best rpg i ever played.

This game was fairly good the graphics were great and you can actually walk around. This game was not so good because when you finished on disk you WILL need a mem-stick to use the other disk and i dont have one :(

Legend of Dragoon...truly one of the best rpg's of it's time. The graphics were pretty good and on the ps2 they are supposed to look better. (I just bought a copy so I plan on finding this out) The music was original, and actually very cool to listen to, it makes you feel the story if you will. The characters were all original but a few of them VERY VERY UNNECESSARY!!!! Like Haschel, who is this weirdo anyways? And Maru amongst others...and character development is decent...with a few select characters. The battle system was really awesome, but somewhat complicated, but rewarding. I remember beating the game in like a week. But all in all this game was pretty good. Now to the bad....you run back and forth back and forth. "yay this place again, how exiting!!" Some of the characters were just pointless, the bosses were way too easy...and thats just about it

When I first heard about this game I looked on the internet to find some info. on the game. I came across some websites that gave it a 1 out of 5 and some others that gave it a 4 out of five. Seeing that the game is on 4 CD's and takes over 80 hours to beat I went out and bought it. The graphics are pretty good and the story line is one of the best I have ever seen (gets a little confusing at times but they alwas take time to explain things a little more clearly). The battle style is new and creative but normal battles get boring after a while just like any other RPG. The additions add quite a bit to the game along with the Dragoon ability. It took me 60 hours to beat the game not 80 like the reviews said. This is a great game and worth at least renting if not buying.

Rival for Final Fantasy on the Playstation.

This is a fun game, it easily rivals the final fantasy series games for the original Playstation. The combat system is a bit tricky but once you get the hang of it it becomes second nature. The storyline is pretty involving and the game will keep you interested through all four of its discs. All in all I'm glad I got this it shall be played for years to come.
