Let me tell you this is one of the best Zelda games of all time. It had outstanding gameplay and very unique dungeons. I enjoyed the 20-30 hours of gameplay. I think the idea of transforming into different characters and wearing different masks to spark different events is truly amazing. The storyline is great as well as you are able to travel back in time and save the world before the moon crashes. I suggest buying this game if you have N64. The price is a bit high considering it has been out for a while but trust me this is a must get game for N64 considering there arent many good games for N64 until Majoras Mask came around. Enjoy it!

I loved this game though it wasn`t as long or hard as the first one. The hardest part of this game is to collect all the masks and to sneak around the pirates. I recommend the first one more than this one, but if you have already gotten it then I highly recommend this game.

It's a good game but the time traveling thing is annoying.

This is a good game. I enjoyed every bit of it, but the time traveling thing made me mad. I want to know what the people that made this game were thinking when they decited to make the game where you have to time travel. It's annoying Each day lasts about 20 minutes and you have 3 of them. It gets really annoying when you're trying to find something and it's on the third day at night. Then you have to come back after time traveling and get it. The game is nothing compared to Ocarina of Time but it is still a good game. I would reccommend buying it but if you don't like exploring what you've already explored a few times, this game is going to make you mad.

I gave this game as a christmas present in 2000. Apparently it was well recieved by my nephew and niece. A year later they are still playing it and enjoying it.

While Majora's Mask is a fairly good game-- good graphics, awesome temples and puzzles, and tons of masks and items,-- the story isn't even close to Ocarina of Time. I mean this two ways. One, the game really has nothing to do with the entire Zelda series: it doesn't even take place in Hyrule. Two, The game doesn't have as 'epic' a feel as Ocarina. In Ocarina of Time you felt the need to complete the game; almost an urgency to beat Ganandorf. The storyline of Ocarina had an epic and realistic feel to it. Majora's mask doesn't have either of those feelings. Sure, there are only three days to complete the game, but you know all you have to do is play a song to warp to the first game. There is no urgency. Plus the storyline is almost childish: it doesn't have a 'dark side' to it at all. The main plot is the moon is going to fall and you have to stop it.

However, I'm not here to compare the game, but rate it as a stand-alone. The game is good overall. The temples are very well done and the puzzles can be quite challenging. The masks are a fun add-on (although they are necessary to the game); especially the ability to transform into a different character (zora, goron, deku scrub, or oni link). My only problem with the game was the storyline, which is why I gave it four stars, otherwise it is excellent.

I would recommend the game to any Zelda fan or fan of strategy/puzzle solving/action-adventure games. However if you are unsure of buying it I would recommend renting it first.

Anybody who loved Orcania of Time will love this!Being
able to change form and get differant reactions is cool!
Especialy after beating it.Having a time limit isn't that bad
[especialy when you have the inverted song of time and bunny hood]i recomend this game to everyone!!!

Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask

Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask is simmilar to Ocarina but instead of youth adult adventures seperated you get a hybrid however with diffenerences the ablity to ride a horse does not apply only to link as an adult also your means of transportation do not render the use of a horse, you may tarvel by foot (fast) or possibly by spiked ball (fun). i don't wish to give away to much so i'll say it is a must have, i rented it and was hooked that's why i'm here lokking for the best deal, it is a MUST have for any nintendo player

For any of you who tried and liked the first game, this one is a must-have! Although Majora's Mask is significantly harder than Ocarina of time, those of you who do not give up easily should try at least renting it. The great thing about M.M. is the variety of non-essential things you can do. Only about three of the masks you will get throughout the game are requirements for beating it, although getting more can make the game considerably easier. Basically, try it, the first 72 hours are, in my opinion, the hardest, so you should just try to hang in there until the game gets a little easier and a lot more interesting.

When we got this game, we thought, Cool, another Ocarina of Time. But no--this game's one to go for!!! We got hooked on it. The minigames are great. The masks are awsome, especially the morphing masks. You can even compose your own songs on that cute little ocarina. We've owned it for nearly a year now, and we still have one more guardian to go. Go ahead and try to find a game that's better that this one!!!
