*Once again I feel compelled to make another one of my video game evaluation reports.*Legend of Zelda; Majora's Mask: I've been playing this game for aprrox. 2 months, now. How far I am from the end, I really couldn't say cause I've never completed the game, and every time I think that I'm almost nearing the end, I find that there is still a whole lot of other things I need to do. However, just to give an idea of what I've accomplished so far -- I've collected 3 of the bosses' mask, and am about to collected the 4th -- gathered 52 heart pieces -- earned 2 of the various sword upgrades and the mirror shield, etc.*Anyway, about Majora's Mask, I can say that the creators of the Nintendo Zelda series have done it again! Not only does this game have excellent graphics (excellent for N64, that is), but sofar, as always, the storyline is superb, just as well. The game provides an excellent challenge for the experienced gamer, without being too tedious or boring. And just when you think you've figured it all out, you may find that there is still more to discover. Excellent way to spend a rainy day!*About the storyline, I feel that Majora's Mask is an excellent progression after Ocarina of Time: It gives view of what happens to Link after he saved the Land of Hyrule, without repeating itself. Good Job Shigeru Miyamoto!!
Good and complicated

There isn't much to say about this good of a game! It's one of my favorits.I conciter it a classic but thats just me.I gave it a 5 because it relly got me thinking and I love hash and slash action if you don't like hash or slash action then I don't recamend this game to you and if you don't like thiking then just remember it will all pay off.The only downside is its cofusing and complex. What I recamend is a stragety guide but not just any stragety guide the "Brady Games" Majora's Mask stragety guide.

This game is by far the best adventure game ever! It's a action, puzzle, and drama all at the same time. You might want to buy a players guide because at some points you get stuck with a hard puzzle. It has five temples to explore and tons of characters to meet and help with their problems. Remember, the time is ticking, at some points you find yourself running to a store before it is closed. Exotic areas like under the ocean, a swamp, up in the snowy mountains, it seams over whelming at times. So get this action puzzle drama game so hurry an adventure awaits you!!

Definately one of the top games on the market. As in the past the makers of Zelda have added some things that you or I just wouldn't have thought possible. First of all the game works on a time system, that intergrates very well with the sub-events. My only complaint is, like usual, it is too easy. Guess that's why it's ages 6-20. Highly recommended.

Although it starts out a little confusing, Majora's Mask is a great game. It has challenging puzzles, cool enemies, and many possibilities, instead of a set path. If you're not a fan of challenging puzzles and maybe running around a little, this game is not for you. But if you are a fan, get it, you won't regret it!

Majora's Mask is SOOO AWESOME, it's no wonder why it needs the expansion pak to play. A side story immediately following Ocarina of Time, this one takes a nice (and needed) vacation from Hyrule and goes to what appears like an alternate reality version of Hyrule: Termina. The landmarks look familiar, the weapons and items look familiar, the music sounds familiar, even the people look like people from Ocarina! But beware! Although there's only 4 temples, they're harder, because you only have 72 Terminian hours (72 real minutes) to beat them. Then you start over. Save feature could be better like it was in Ocarina, but it really makes you wait until you can afford to play without interruption But instead of fighting Ganondorf, you have to fight a Skull Kid...or do you? You'll have to play the game to find out. The only thing I don't like about this game is there's no Saria, Zelda barely makes an appearance, and everybody's favorite rancher Malon is a bartender (milktender?) at a milk bar. Plus, for those that wanted Navi out of the next game...you got your wish! Unfortunately, Navi's replacement is awful. She knows nothing about the enemies and insults Link. At least Navi was kind. Anyway, great game. Definitly worth getting, although playing Ocarina of Time first will help you play this, both with controls and storyline.
Good, but not great

A good game with an interesting plot that would have been great if it weren't so short. The main story is only half as long as Ocarina of Time. It is still a great storyline that can draw in just about anyone. It tells us of a darker side of Link's past.
I thought the side quests tied the game together and gave me a break from the main story. There are so many, that, if you complete the entire game, the time spent matches that of OofT. The Z-targeting was also in the game which was a great help. The bosses were not tough as they were in OofT though. I was really dissapointed with Majora. The new items made up for that though. I, unlike so many others, enjoyed the 72 hour time limit. It gave the game a challenge. All in all, a good game with a good plot, but still not as good as OofT.
On a side note, try to beat Majora without the Fierce Diety Mask and not use the Great Fairy Sword. Also, the time thing is real easy to get used to. I'm really tired of hearing people complain about that they can't beat a certain dungeon because they ran out of time. Duh, play the Inverted Song of Time. That gives about 3 hours to get what you need to get done. I did beat the game and got EVERYTHING in four days the first time I got it w/o dying afterall. This is a much easier game than OofT.

I like this game because it has a lot of excitement in it. I think this game should be highly rated.
An excellent continuation of Ocarina of Time

The only way for me to describe this game is incredible! I have been a Zelda fan since the SNES and have loved every Zelda game released on a Nintendo system. However, this game has a level of emotional involvment unparalleled in any video game. As I progressed I found myself becoming involved in the life of this land, and it's not a static world as in previous games, people go on about their day whether you're there or not. Don't be intimidated by the time system, as you get used to the game you can plan ahead and reduce the frustration of lost items. Also, don't try to finish the game in a day by blazing through the dungeons, this game is designed to be savored over time. By helping out every person in your notebook and collecting all the masks, you will gain the best ending and the greatest sense of accomplishment. It's games like this one that will make me want to keep my N64 long after it's been replaced by Gamecube.

How can anyone give this game less than 5 stars! It is a lot like Ocorina Of Time. The goal of the game is to get "Majora's Mask" and there is plenty more sidequests. You can try to get all the masks or all the bottles. It is so fun tracking all 20 happy masks. it's sort of like one big trading game. Once you beat it you'll want to get all the masks and then beat it over and over again. I recomend not getting a game guide at first, and if you get stuck on a part you can look for a internet guide.
