When I first got this, it wounldnt run... after it was patched (and sadly Dynamix passed on), the mods came down like a avalanche and the game became infinetly replayable:
Air Dogfighting, Rabbit, Capture the Flag, Deathmatch, And zillions more and counting!!!
Recomended Mods:
Panama Jacks Tribes 2 All In One Package (SWEET INTERFACE!!)
cleandso (for the scripting nightmares)
DEDAmp (mp3's!!)
and DedVehicleStationHud.vl2 (looks like a keeper!)

This game rocks and thats the bottom line. The graphics are awesome! Gameplay is excellent-(Could use a little more organized team play though)You get to pilot all kinds of vehicles and stuff. I don't know what the hell these people are saying about the physics being messed up--They just have no skill what so ever!!

Tribe 2 has the best online play ever. Its better than planetside and th egood thing is that you don't have to pay monthly like poepl for planetside do. I think they should start making more copies of the game. I know that every EB adn Best Buy, etc I went to didn't have. So i came hear and found it right away thanks Amazon.com. Tribes 2 isn't expensive so go ahead and buy it; if you dont like it than owell; you only wasted about[$$$].

This game is the best game ever! I started playing Tribes one back in 1998 and I purchsed Tribes 2 before it was realeased! I have been playing this game ever since. This is a fast paced game that sometimes makes me motion sick on my new 19" monitor I just got. I guarantee you will love it! BTW: Make sure you have a compliant video card, such as a GEFORCE2 card with at least 32mb of ram to run this game

If you played Tribes 1, Tribes 2 will blow it away. The graphics are awesome. Playing online with out the lag like before can make it pretty easy to play with 64 people or more. This has to much to talk about I sugest you buy it for yourself!!!!
