I found this game to be quite enjoyable, lots of shooting to be done. What really puts you in the mood is the period music in the background and German soldiers actually speaking German. However, I did find that after playing for a couple of hours you tend to get a little dizzy or disoriented, perhaps from all the running and all the corners you have to look around. It's something I have'nt had any trouble with until this game. If you want to find a whole lot of things to shoot at this is your game. Stealth does'nt matter as much here as with the other games like Metal Gear and Syphon Filter. It's much better than shooting ducks at the Carnival. Oh, and watch out for those Machine Guns...

MEDAL OF HONOR is a cool game. It is challenging, and can make you nerves. With all of the background noise. Like the dogs and germans screaming something. The game dosen't have a lot of draw backs. Their is a huge arsenal. Which makes it a lot of fun. At least for me.

Medal of Honor is a great game. It has tough, but not impossible puzzles and AI. And, it offers a variety of missions not usually found in first person shooters. One such mission is having to impersonate a top ranking German officer in order to deatroy a rail gun. This is a game in which you don't want to kill all of the enemies because you will run out of ammo and there are still more Germans crawling around the next corner. Also, it has in depth historical information that is not essential to the game, but it is cool. Any WWII history buff should check this game out just for the histrical cut-scenes. Despite these achievements, Medal if Honor is not much different than any other shooter. However, in multi-player mode, the game truly shines. My friend and I played for six hours straight and I never got tired of blowing him up with a well placed grenade just as he never got tired of shooting me in the head with the sniper rifel (arguably the best weapon in the game). My only complaint about the multi-player area is that there are not enough levels to choose from, and they are fairly small. It is very easy to memorize the levels in multi-player mode. All in all, though, this game is great fun. And, it is fairly wholesome seeings how there is no blood that splatters, no matter how well placed the grenade.

Just like Saving Private Ryan!

The people who said this game is bad don't know what they are talking about,this is the BEST playstation game ever.So full of suspense that you cannot stop playing until you beat it.You will be playing from Dusk till Dawn.Excellent graphics along with WONDERFUL soundtrack.I had so much fun playing this game that I learned some useful history,and got to be a WW2 buff. What are you waiting for?Buy this game now! You won't regret it,I promise!

THIS GAME IS STUNNINGLY REALISTIC. The sound effects, and the music put you right into the action, the guards screaming ALARM and the music sends chills to your spine. THIS GAME IS A MUST FOR ANYONE WHO HAS SPARE TIME TO PLAY PLAYSTATION. BUY IT EVEN IF YOU DONT LIKE ACTION GAMES.

I have played this game and it is just amazing! I have watched Saving Private Ryan 5 times in 3 days, and i love it! i was totally bummed when I found out the Medal of Honor Allied Assault is only for computer, but u never know if they'll make it for playstation. The graphics probably wouldn't be good enough though. The computer version takes 500 mhz! My comp has 400... anyways, i hope in this game you get to play on Omaha Beach(the intense battle in Saving Private Ryan in the beginning) cuz that is an amazing battle, total chaos. Can';t wait to buy this game for myself!

This game is the best. It is so good, that i would be writing about this game for hours. If you like first person war games..........then this game is for you. I recomend this game to everyone.

why do the graphics have to be so DARK? Didn't some WWII combat take place during the day? The constant darkness annoys me.

I have read the critiques that other people have posted, and I realized that they forgot to mention one thing. And that was the way the enemy acts, unlike other games that broke ground in the action sector (such as 007's "Golden Eye") the bad guys in this game THINK. This game is leaps and bounds a head of some other games on the market. For example in this game if you throw a grenade at the enamy they will try to throw it back. Or lets say that you are at one end of a long hallway, and at the other end of the hall is the enemy . Once the enemy is alerted to your precence they will hide themselves behind corners and take turns shooting at you. They even will cover each other to try and prevent thire comrad from geting shot. I was truly impressed with this aspect of the game. The enemy in this game are smart, and of course they make the game more chalenging. I liked this. I highly recomend this game!
