I remember back in the day, when my Dad and I would play this together when I was just a young'n. That was almost 10 years ago, but I still have my Nintendo 64. And of course, the classic masterpiece, Super Mario 64 to go along with it. This game has stellar graphics and takes you on an adventure that draws you in and keeps you there. You must get 120 stars to rescue Princess Peach. You go through 15 levels that include a two snow/ice levels, a fire level, a tiny-big level, a clock level, a desert/sand level, a cloud/rainbow level, and many more. Even a haunted mansion! This game is just so fun. It's unbelieveably hard to put down. You'll be addicted and playing for hours on end. Buy this game!

This Game Truly is Super

I just recently bought a used Nintendo 64. Let me tell you, it was a worthwhile purchase, if just for this game. I remember playing Super Mario 64 at my cousin's house many years ago. I was blown away by the sheer magnitude of the world in which you could explore. Being one of the first 3-D platformers, Super Mario 64 set the bar so high even Mario's super jump would have a hard time reaching it.

Indeed, when purchasing my Nintendo 64, I made sure that Super Mario 64 was one of the games I included. And let me tell you, I'm still blown away, and the game was made more than 10 years ago! It's just outstanding.

I love jumping into the paintings, sliding down slides, throwing "ba-bombs", gathering coins, all just to hear Mario say "Here we Gooooooooo!!" But that's not the only reason why I love playing the game. The sheer nostalgic value is worth the $16.00 or whatever they're charging you here at Amazon. I feel as if whenever I'm playing this game, I'm playing the game which defined a generation of gamers.

Super Mario 64, a game filled with exitment. Collecting super stars on many different levels, beating them to open different sealed doors in princes peach's castle. I think super mario 64 is my favorite video game out of all of the video games I own.

This game is one of the best! I think that Super Mario 64 is a great game for the Nintendo 64. It's the first game that was made for the N64! (accompanied by Pilotwings and Shadows of the Empire) Sure, the graphics aren't that good, but that's because it was the first game made. The levels are decent and plot is good. 120 Power Stars was good idea for Mario's next adventure. If you loved the Super and Normal Nintendo Mario games you're gonna love this one too!

The BEST Mario game ever!

Well, when I first got it for Christmas I was a little upset that I did not get 007 instead. But over time I started to play it more and more. I would play it and still do play it for hours at a time. The fun factor is way up high so dont worry if you are scared that you are going to get bored with it because you won't. The 100+ levels in Mario give you all kind different scenarios so you won't get bored on the same level like the old ones. Also you can actually fight Bowser instead of fighting his children or whatever they were. Mario 64 is one of the have to have games for Nintendo 64 and I would recomend it to anyone that likes to play on their Nintendo 64 frequently and would like a chalenging game they could have so they wont get bored with the same old game. THank you for your time!

Mario games will always be my favorite. I love how this game starts out with mario entering the princesses castle going through doors of levels jumping on obsticels racing a penguin and koopa fighing some of these bosses and 3 levels with bowser. This game will have you glued to the sofa it's a pretty fun game. The only thing that was quite annoying about this game is hearing mario going WOO WAH HOO HOO YAHOO!!! everytime he jumps.

I can't wait to finish it!

OK, so here's what's happened: Bowser, the dragon, took all of the castle's power stars; well, not quite all of them. So your mission is to control Mario through all of the painting worlds (levels) retrieving the power stars. I really liked it, especially because everything keeps changing. For example, ghost-like things suddenly appear in the basement and yard of the castle. I like that because it keeps the game challenging.

3 years later, still the best game around.

This is one of the best games N64 has! You will have to beat many levels untill you can get enough (stars) to get to the final level and beat the game. It is challenging untill you get the hang of it. Its pretty easy after that. It has good graphics and you can make Mario do cool moves. It is a must have game for N64!
