All the reveiws I have seen so far, say that this game is perfect. It's not. As I said, try getting a PS2, then get: GoldenEye: Rogue Agent. Oh, yeah, I've never had this game!!!

This game might not be for kiddies my AGE. But when you like the best game you can't stop from buying it. I recomend this game for kids who are used in seeing lots of blood in games, movies, etc. This game ain't no sissy game. It requires fast thinking, good aim, a merciless player and a rapid shooter.
THIS RULES!

I think the best thing about this game is that it is NOT like Goldeneye! It has an original plot and it has 2 times as many guns. In my opionion this game has the best multiplayer besides Turok: Rage Wars! Get this game! You will be very satisfied!
Great Game!

This is probably the game to own for the N64 if you like first person shooter games. Multiple weapons, cutting edge graphics, and an interesting storyline make this game a winner!
Perfect Dark comes close to being Perfect

I recently played this game at a friends birthday party and was completey astounded. This game rocks! Sure some people whine about the expansion pack that they have to buy,but the game makes up for in in sheer replayability. There are so many ways to play this game it's unbelieveable. First and foremost are the single player missions. There are 8 or so different missions with 3 to 4 missions with in the missions which totals out to about 30 missions. But wait, that's not all, there's more...as in Goldeneye, there are three difficulty levels. Unlike in Goldeneye however, Rare actually planned this portion of the game out, so essentially each difficulty setting creates 30 more missions. The Multiplayer part of Perfect Dark truly shines as well, not only can you play against four friends, but you can add up to 8 computer controlled players as well. The greatest advantage of this ability is that you can customize their ability to kill you. That is you can set THEIR diffcultly level. Let's say you just feel like blowing stuff away, you want some target practice, just pop in a meat sim or two and blast away. If you want more of a challange, add in a perfect. Not only can you just try to kill each other, but there are different games as well, such as King of the Hill, Capure the Flag. The only bad thing to this game is that the frame rate suffers when you've got 8 sims (the max) going. That's the only reason why I rated this game at 4 stars
A "Perfect" Game!

I rented this game from a nearby video store. Even the first few seconds were stunning (with the expansion pak)! The first gunshot I heard REALLY scared me! Even though the game is a very difficult 1st person shooter it is very exciting and will please your gaming needs!

I have to say (regretfully) that this was a disapointment. I love GoldenEye and so obviously I was looking forward to playing this. I thought Perfect Dark was going to be similar to goldenEye but a lot better, but the truth is...it's not. The graphics are really no better then goldenEye: the same gun effects when you shoot, the same animations from the enemies, and the same basic textures. The only graphical difference I can see are the exaggerated reflections on everything, which after a while just gets plain anoying. Perfect Dark is good, in fact very good...but it just feels way too farmiliar. I was hoping it would be a LITTLE different. Still, I would recommend buying it: great storyline, cinemas, and excellent gameplay. But would someone tell me what is up with the character names? Come on Rare, you can think of more creative stuff than Elvis and Mr. Blonde!
