Tom Clancy and UBI-SOFT make good games but i don`t think Clancy is cut out for stealth, don`t get me wrong Splinter Cell:Pandora Tommoro is OK but is..boring-Clancy is definatly good for making military-combat games like the Ghost Recon games,or special counter terrorism Ops. games the RAINBOW 6 games which are his oldest franchise.
Splinter Cell:Pandora tommoro is the sequal to Splinter Cell.It has no humor,no hiddens and it IS a stealth game that is just tiring it is definatly no match for the excellent Metal Gear Solid games, the MGS games are amongst my favorate series EVER.
The character you play is okay,a middle aged agent called Sam Fisher,Sam is a veteran of countless wars as a former Espionage soldier and a former Navy SEAL soldier. But "now" is a NSA agent of Third Echelon(3E).
Sam Fisher though he is good he is no Solid Snake or even Naked Snake should i add(Both Metal Gear Solid games characters).
There was one mission in SC:PT i liked though and that was the one in Jerusalem,i remember when i was chasing some Nun i jumped and "accidentaly" knocked her out,and stealth was fun for once in the game.
The only similarity between the MGS games and the SC games is that you use stealth to beat the enemy.
In a Splinter Cell game you HAVE to use stealth which sucks because if a guard sees you its "Mission Failed" and your not even allowed to kill a guard on most missions,or if you don`t hide them/or their corpse they will be "Found" magically and you fail the mission.
But in the Metal Gear Solid games stealth is fun you getta hide under boxes,in lockers, under tables,in toilets and in ducts, and in MGS3 you can camoflage your self in suitable parts of the Jungle so your enemy walks over you like he would on the ground. The good thing about the MGS game is that you don`t gotta hide you can just topple them or take them hostage.
I usually hate fantasy parts in games(like a human who can turn into a monster, etc) Even though MGS contains a little bit of fantasy but not too much and they keep to realism as much as possible.
I am a fan of all military,The Army,The Navy,The Air Force,The Navy`s SEALs,British SAS etc. i think military stuff isneat.I love military related games, the MGS games are military related,The Splinter Cell games are too because you are pitted against a military group, sometimes Mercenaries.
All the military secret agent games i know are;
The secret agent games/Counter terrorism:007 games,Metal Gear Solid games,Splinter Cell games,Mission Impossible games,Rainbow 6 games
More Military-ish games:Medal Of Honor series,Call Of Duty games, series,Brothers In Arms games,BattleField games,VietCong:Purple Haze,ShellShock:`Nam `67,Conflict series,SOCOM series and The Ghost Recon games i plan to try at least one of each series(except Metal Gear Solid games i plan to get ALL of them) and for the SOCOM and Ghost Recon games i intend to get a HeadSet so i can command soldiers in my platoon or if i ever get a R-6 game.I know the mass-Majority of The SOCOM games are OnLine Play but i don`t use OL play but the 1-Player game stands its own as i have tried one b4.
I know my review ain`t helpful but i just wanted to say all this.
This games is awsome

This game is awesome. I played it at a friend's house the first time, and i was like, I gotta get this game. It is really good and u need to use stealth and tactics and also sometimes you take part in mass-murdering-with-machine-gun of enemies, which is relaxing after all the creeping about. If you like games like james bond:agent under fire or medal of honor:frontline where there is practically no stealth involved and only killing, than maybe you should rent this game first. Same thing if you get frusrtated real easily, cus you sometimes have to redo a level again and again because somehow they notice you for no reason and there shooting at you and the guy back at base is spitting into your earphone"what the hell are you doing" and then the mission is over and your still trying to figger out hoew they noticed you in the first place. yeah, the frustration factor and also how its too short is the only problem, so it probly gets a 4 and 9/10 out of five but its one of my favrite games.
Stealth sucks!

Jesus, enough is enough! Hey, I like the game, I don't love it! The original was better but it's still a good game. After playing "Far Cry", this seems a bit boring... I'm just tired of having to sneak everywhere and anywhere. I mean, isn't the point of FPS games shooting? Well, not here folks. Always sneaking around shooting lights out... I screamed bloody murder when I tried sneaking up behind a guard so I could grab him only to find that the character simply punched the guard! Not what I wanted to do.... Controls feel a bit sluggish in this game too. It doesn't help that my manual is in French so I've had a hell of a time trying to figure out HOW he can do this or that... Fortunately, I played the original and I still think the original is better. The graphics are excellent and his movements are good, not great... I've shot guards in the head 4-5 times only to have them shoot me and kill me... Hmmmmm... They must have thick skulls... What really bugs me is that when I push the fire button, there's a slight delay before he actually shoots or, when he slugs a guard, he pauses before he swings again. I don't like that... too damned slow... all in all it's a better than average game. I'm not sorry I bought it, just that it can really annoy the hell out of you because there's so damned much stealth in this game...

This game was not long enough!!! I beat it in 3 days. I am glad I barrowed it and didn't buy it. I havn't tried it online yet so I can't say anything about that. I also think that it would have been nice for multiplayer action without Xbox live! Oh well.
Another great Tom Clancy game!

Wow, this game is even better then the first game! Sure it's hard but I like challenges in video games. Graphics are top notch! I really like the new Xbox live feature. I can't what till Splinter Cell 3 comes out!
Gameplay: 9.5-10, can't use your gun very much, but still very good
Graphics: 10-10,excellent!
Sound:10-10, guns sound great!
There is no tomorrow, if you don't buy this game!
Worth $50?......Sure

For $50 a game had better deliver on several levels. Top-notch graphics, check. Online enabled, check. Storyline, check. The train level alone is worth the price of admission and if you're not impressed at least graphically by this level do us a favor and remove yourself from the gene pool or at least get a better TV. Why not 5 stars then?.....Very linear. You have to follow scripted paths which leaves nothing to the imagination. I recently took place in a marketing research for the new Splinter Cell game (to be named) and can only say that you need to practice on this one before the next one comes out. Oh, and the graphics on the next one?....even better.
AMAZING GAME

Pandora Tommorow is a good sequel to the first one, but not great. The game is very hard again this time around and the gameplay is pretty much the same ol splinter cell. The game basically seems like a continued rendition of the first game. Everything is the same, except for new levels and a new online mode of play. But it's still good......I would wait till the price drops to $19.99 in a couple months.

If you're buying this for the single player only and you are not a LIVE customer or don't plan on being one...try to borrow it or rent it. This game is trade-in bait for me right now.
If you do have LIVE, try to get 3 of your friends to buy it or make sure 3 good LIVE buddies have it so you can start the 4 player LIVE matches between friends. If that is possible, I think the game would be good for long-term play and probably worth buying. Finding a game with unknown people is more trouble than its worth. Even if you know what you're doing, you're going to run into complications with others more easily than other games that have simple deathmatch rules. There are too many goals to accomplish to get an organized game with ease, with random people, the way it was meant to be played.
You will find some stand out glitches in the graffics. Without going on forever, the whole game is like this...one aspect is really cool or an improvemnt on the previous game, only to have a small issue to go with it that was not present in the previous game. In other words, in is better in some ways and also has alot of cheap parts...like somethings were not thought out and tested properly.
Theres not enough negativity that I'd tell someone to avoid playing it. It should be played by all but its value for long-term play is questionable.
