Don't get this game

Everyone who owns an xbox are who is getting one don't buy this game. I bought my xbox today and I bought this game with it. It will only hold youre attention for about 10 minutes. The only thing I like about it is that you can spin out.Don't buy it gamers.

Project Gotham has endured the inevitable comparison to Sony's GT franchise, and in my opinion, has fared rather well. As a gamer who has experienced both, I would not rate either one higher than the other. Each game has its own unique characteristics and features to provide adequate replay value. The licensing agreement with Ferrari and Porsche was a real coup for the Gotham team, but it is not enough to put it over the top when comparing it to the legend of GT. The Kudos point system in Gotham makes it a bit too arcade-like rather than a true sim. It is still a solid car game experience and I would recommend it to anyone with an Xbox who enjoys GT or other similar sim games.

What can i say ? anything have been told

This game is amazing in all aspects

Graphics: Car models are the most impressive of any game so much detail great texture quality . compared tp gt3 in ps2 Projecy gotham is superior in all aspect including backgrounds all so detailed life-like without jaggies or blurry textures as most ps2 games.

Gameplay is the word challenge too much fun good balance between arcade like and simulation that makes the difference among this fun game and the boring gt3

This game is classy, smart, well done, and it's just fun to play. The idea of kudos (points earned for well-executed maneuvers) is a splendid one. The only problem is that the game has the tendency of taking a long time to load races (about 1 in 5 races takes a minute or so to load). However, the overall fun, realistic factors (the cars show damage and reflections off the framework), and overall ingenuity make this a great game to have.

How you can play this game and not get hooked is beyond me... This bad boy just makes you keep coming back for more.

Value for money, outstanding gameplay, superb multiplayer (even better through system link).

Definitly one of the best games available. YOU CANNOT OWN AN XBOX AND NOT HAVE THIS GAME!

This game is what racing is all about, and then some.It's about speed and style.The Kudos system is great and is both challenging and a bit frustrating when you are 10 points short and the finish line is not too far ahead.Graphics 4/5this game is beautiful,its no Wreckless but pretty damn close.It suffers from a few jagged lines now and then but everything else looks good.Another thing that could be better is the reflection of the environment.Reflections look a bit slowwhen you pass signs and stuff but thats pretty excusable.Sound 5/5The sound is good. Engines rev up realisticly and slides sound real as well.The sound track is great, it has a great diversity in music from rap, rock, and in Japan, Japanese music on the radio.Yes it has a radio similar to GTA3 on ps2 except no talk shows.What I thought was cool was that the radio some times fades out once in a while.Also if you don't like the music line up you can get some songs from you hard drive.Playability 5/5The game is a blast to play its all about sliding at the right time and not speeding through courses..its impossible to speed through a course and not hit a wall or guard rail so you have to be careful.The AI is great.It will actually ram you off the road if you're not careful.Overall:5/5 This game is so cool..if anyone hates this game it would have to be because its control isn't too touchy like Gran Turismo..this game is about having fun. Its addictive and you won't find a better racing game on Xbox its a must have.

I got this game when I bought a bundle pack for the XBox, i had read the reviews and thought I was pretty lucky considering when you buy stuff at the BX like this you take a chance at what you get. However, after playing the game I decided it would be a "bored, beat all the other games, don't feel like buying a new one right now so I'll play this" type game. I prefer Gran Tourismo 3, I like the ability to modify the cars, plus GT3 has a much larger selection of cars........ I'd have to say, PS2 has so far beaten the XBox in the car simulation games, plus the tracks are kinda lame, but they have nice detail.

OK if you have nothing better to do.

Althought the graphics in the game are very good as to be expected from this machine, I find the game as frustrating as 4X4 Evo 2. No Matter how many new cars you unlock the competition ( meaning the machine ) is virtually unbeatable. Yeah you win a few First places but, when it really counts there is no way you are coming in first. It's an entertaining game at best for the first hour or so then you simply become born of losing all the time. I rated this game at a two (2). I would've traded it in already but my 2 year old enjoys driving the car in the opposite direction and causing pile ups. So I guess the game is worth something after all.

This game is extremly fun. Although almost impossible half way through its very addictive, you can't stop. I haven't figured what kudos are yet. I would reccomend to rent this game before buying because you might not like it as much as I do. But if you do get it and hate going through tons of kudos challenges there's a code for all the cars.
