All I can say is that this game was made for the Xbox. I had so much fun with it. The game has great graphics and is vey intence. If you don't have Halo already then I suggest that you buy it. You will probably enjoy it as much as I have.

ok i luv this game . i try to play it as much as i can cuase i don't have an xbox yet and my friends own it so on weekends we luv to play 4 way multiplayer all i can say is this game is fun and it is a buy!

I am a late comer to the XBox craze being an avid PS player for years. Recently bought a 360 and immediately decided the Halo trilogy was going to be in my collection ASAP. I remember the fanfare this game got back in '01 when the system launched and I can honestly say it was well deserved.

I've been playing the Halo games for a couple years now and have always been wowed by the multiplayer aspect but now that I've gotten into the campaign, I'm blown away by the attention to detail. Great visuals, story and sound. One of the best launch titles ever.

Halo is the reason for the xbox & xbox 360. Perhaps one of the most influential games of the era, Halo Combat Evolved immersed the player in a sci-fi experience that had everything. It didn't have the BEST graphics or the BEST story, but the combination of the two simply made it the BEST game for any system out there. I even prefer it over Halo 2 & 3.

Halo Combat Evolved; one of the best games gamers can get for x-box; the game starts in year 2552. Earth became over populated and humans needed somewhere to live, so people started colonizing other worlds. Thats when humans found Halo. The covenant " Halos Aliens," religious elders and covenant warriors arranged a Holy War upon humanity. Can the marines and the crew defeat the covenant and their strong forces, or will they need something stronger like a master chief? Halo combat Evolved; the covenant is everywhere, Grunts, jackals,eliths,and even the big ones,hunters. this is more game action than gamers can handle. Gamers are the master chief,leading the squald as gamers go through the game and try to stay alive. Can gamers defeat the covenant and not die? Halo combat Evolved is rated "m" for mature. This game has a great storyline, good level structure, sound and music are also great. The graphics were state-of-the-art at the time. Great replay value, I've beat this game many times and I never get tired with any of it.

A must have!

My nephew had me get this for him. I haven't played it, but he loves it. So, I guess it's good!
