Grand Theft Auto is a great game. The missions in this game are very well thought out and it's worth your time to complete them. In this game, the missions will become more skilled and better paid once the mobs like you and you become a successful hitman. If you're not on a mission or just don't feel like doing one, you can mess around in the city. You can do many grusome activities such as going on road rage, doing bad stuff to get cops chasing you, rampage with weapons, and do mini games in commercial vehicles. If you're one of those people who oppose violence, you can still choose to not kill innocent by standers by driving safely and not capping someone, except on missions where killing innocent bystanders is required sometimes. If you're a concerned parent and your kid wants this game, I can guarantee you this game shouldn't be played by any child that's younger than 13 because this is a M rating game. This game should only be played by responsible people who understand the consequences of violence. Overall, this is a very fun game if you want to do rampages in a video game rather than in real life. This game will take 1-2 months to beat both GTA3 and Vice City. Consider the game.
Definitely a Must-Have!

GTA3 and Vice City are in my opinion the greatest games on X-Box. Everyone should buy them. My favorite things are the music(love Chatterbox & VCPR!) and the graphics. The cars in GTA3 look so slick and shiny you just want to lick them, while the pedestrians say dumb things. I like GTA3 alittle better because its bigger than Vice City, but thats just me.
STILL GREAT AND AWESOME 9 OUT OF 10

Before I bought this double pack for my Xbox, I had only played Grand Theft Auto for PSone and Grand Theft Auto III on a friend's PS2. So when I saw that these games were available on Xbox I was very excited because I thought they were exclusive to PS2. I can really see why these games are considered some of the greatest ever made because of their innovation, excellent missions, large level of controversy, and of course the car theft. The graphics however look ugly and there are targeting problems regarding guns. These problems are minor when you really get into these awesome games. So please, buy these games for PS2 or Xbox, and play the games that reinvented the video game industry.
Excellent VALUE

When this was released awhile back, Rockstar (or Take2 - whomever owned them at the time) gave xbox fans something most companies don't, a deal. 2 very large worlds, 2 very long games, at 1 price. Thank you ROCKSTAR.
How can you not give it 5 stars?

What a fantastic package this set is! Great gameplay, great storylines, great missions, and great just about everything else.
This is beginning to become the videogame version of a blockbuster hit. When you hear the name "Grand Theft Auto" you know it will be great! And while the franchise has moved to many different systems (GBA, PSP, and could DS be too far off in the distance?) it really is strongest on its original console system. And while this franchise originated on the Playstation system, that system's prior topdown view seems almost antiquated, when compared to the GTA III 3D style of gameplay.
And it is this system that ever successful version has been put out on. Most of us prefer the 3D mode. I personally hated the top down mode version of the original Playstation and Dreamcast versions, in GTA 1 and 2.
Graphics are tremendous, and gameplay action and mission stories are wonderful. I love how they use famous actors and actresses to voice the characters, giving it that life-like feel. And at the same time giving "has-been" actors such as Phillip Michael Thomas (of Miami Vice fame) some work. (He voices Lance Vance in the Miami Vice game.) Seeing how his old singing career didn't exactly take off.
I really can't see how anyone could give this less than 3 stars. If you are against videogame violence, or really don't like the open and free style gameplay of this genre, than steer clear. All others, help take a bite out of crime, and gobble this one up! It's delicious!
