Sonic survives a tragaty and is givin a huge reward!

I have been a hardcore Sonic fan for as long as I can remeber. Sonic is now one of the worlds most beloved video games charatures. Even though the saturn failed to have a true Sonic game, all the TV shows and books canceled, and Mario mnakeing a huge comback on the hedgehog Yuji Naka and the rest of Sega managed to make on of the worlds best systems, The Dreamcast saddly most gamers failed to trust Sega again after the saturn and was cancled when Sonic Adventure 2 came out. But from the ashes came a new hope for Sonic Fans. Sonic Advance for GBA came out and now comes Sonic Adventure 2 Battle. Alot like it's dreamcast coison this game fiters new charactures Rouge and Shadow. Shadow is out to take revenge for his fallin cibbling Maria who was like a sister to him. Maria and Proffeser Garald who were related to Eggman where killed my GUN in a efort to cature project shadow. Who is the ultimate life forum Sonic, Shadow, or is it a monster that has not yet to be awakened. Play the game and find out.(Hint: Chaos Control is the key to finding out)

This game is great!! You have three missions. You can save the world on the hero side. You will play Sonic, Tails, or Knuckles on this side. Or you can destroy the world on the evil side. On this side you play Shadow, Dr. Eggman, or Rouge the Bat. In each level there is about 5 little missions. There is just so much to do!!

My favorite part of the game is when you get to raise Chaos. (Chaos are cute little creatures that can turn out to be good or bad. If you raise them with a evil character, they will turn evil. If you raise them with a good character, they will turn good.) You start out with two eggs. They will hatch and become baby Chaos. You can feed them nuts, give them Chao drives, give them animals, or teach them lessons. The Chao drives give them different kinds of power and the animals can give them a different appearance. You can also buy your Chao stuff, and race with them. If you win a race, you get a prize!!

The only thing I don't like about this game, is the bosses and the camera angles. The bosses are almost all robots and they can be very hard. The camera always points forward. If you miss something and you want to go back; the camera will still point forward. You can prevent this by going slow through a level. This way you won't miss stuff.

Over all, this game is great!! I like how all the missions tie together!! I also love the characters!! This game is great for any Sonic fan!!

THIS IS A MUST HAVE. Sonic is a great game. You can be saving the world with Sonic, Tails, and Knukles or destroying it with Shadow, Dr. Eggman (Robotnick), and Rouge in story mode. It isn't that hard but it is hard. You get to raise Chao and buy items with the rings you collect. You could do stage select and play the courses you have beat. There is a total of 180 emblums which keeps you playing for a long time. The 2 player mode is fun and you unlock lots of things. It's replay value is high because it has a lot of action. It would make a great gift or you could just get it for yourself. I think it is great!

Sonic adventure 2 battle is an extremely fun game. I would play it all day if I could. The sonic and shadow levels are the most fun. You run though a course as quick as you can to the goal at the end. Along the way you collect rings and destroy robots. The tails and doctor eggman levels are also very fun. You go though the levels inside a machine and destroy as many robots as possible before you get to the goal. The Knuckles and Rouge levels are not very fun. You run around large levels looking for pices of the master emerald or chaos emerals. They take a while and are not fun at all. One other problem I had with this game was the camera angles at some points in the game you can't even see your charecter. It is also imposible to backtrack durring sonic and shadow levels because you can't see where you going. The camera is controled by the L and R buttons, but it would have been better if it was controled by the C stick (it currently doens't do anything in the game.) I also though I should also mention that the plot in this game was great.
In conclusion I loved this game even wit hits faults. I am really looking forward to sonic heros. I hope Sonic Team will make a sonic adventure 3 (although there are rumors, it has not been confirmed.)

Probably the best Gamecube Game!

This is such a great game! The graphics are flawless. The story is a wondeful and eventually craft into to one amazing story. Even the chao can are well devolped and can become a hobby. The gameplay is addicting and all three types of playing are fun. The type i like most is tresure hunting. The added "Battle" mode is a great feature. Overall this game is a game above all else!

This game is highly addictive! I have already seen the whole story but it keeps me coming back for more. I mean, the Chaos are SO cool! If this is what they can do with the gamecube for Sonic, I wonder what they can do when Sonic DX comes out this summer.Yes, they're making a new Sonic game this summer!

When I rented this game for the first time I knew that I had to buy it. I really enjoyed the fast pace action game and the great graphics it has to offer. Until the game is beaten you will be transfixed to playing this game. The graphics and gameplay are awesome. The music is rather loud and cuts out the voices of the characters in the cut scenes, but it doesn't really ruin the game. However, when the game is beaten it gets kind of boring because it was like playing the same thing over and over and nothing changed. Nonetheless, this game is awesome and will get anyone hooked right away. The racing multiplayer modes are fantastic but the shooting and finding treasure ones are not so great. Also the car racing stinks. But if you only play the racing multiplayer games it's fine. The Chao garden is another part of the game where you raise little beings called Chaos and they will compete in races and karate matches. Again, these races and karate matches are fun at first but bore you later on. Feeding the Chao takes so much time to get the stuff from the levels and feed each one individually. Overall I give this game 3 stars because I really liked the racing levels and everything else, but then it just got plain boring and I stopped playing.

Ok. Lets get one thing straight. This aint no snotty little good guy game. For the first time, you can kick the game as a baddy.
This time the millitary lock up our little blue buddy and throw away the key. And if the main game bores you, them cute little chao's are back again with even more stuff to do. Now they can evolve!
Oh, by the way, say hello to the dark side, Shadow, Dr eggmann/Robotnik, and rouge the bat.
But before you start thinking this games the best, some stages are dull and you can't get enough of sonic and shadow, but it's probably the best game on game cube.

Sonic is a great game.I beat it 42 times(I keep track).You can start off with Dark version or Hero.I picked Hero and beat in the next month.My sister picked Dark.It was hard because getting through Death Chamber with Knuckles took a week.Then,getting through Crazy Gadget with Sonic was too hard.The same day I beat Hero,I beat Dark.Dark was harder than Hero because you were Shadow who some people thought was retarded so they put him in cage which you have to find with Eggman/Robotnik.Rouge is a bat that likes to take all the Emeralds.At first she takes the Master Emerald from Knucles,Then Knuckles brakes it with his hammer claw attack,even though it is his.If you beat Hero and Dark,you will have to beat Last.In last,the Space Colony that they go in many times,which is the ARK,Is falling to Earth because Sonic put a fake Emerald inside the ARK's gun.Then,Robotnik puts the real seven Emeralds into the power generator.Then all of the power makes the ARK go out of control.Then Rouge and Robotnik become good people because they don't to get killed by Earth exploding.Then you have to go through the ARK with every character but Shadow.Once you do that,Amy finds Shadow and convinces him to save the Earth.She says the exact same thing Shadow's preteen creator before she died.Shadow he would and he started to cry a little.Sonic and Knuckles get to the Master Emerald Shrine,But before they put the Emerald there,THE REAL SHADOW COMES TO DESTROY SHADOW.Shadow comes and thats when you have to fight the real shadow,which is a overgrown Lizard bigger than any Dinosaur.When you beat him he uses Chaos Control(makes Sonic or Shadow teleport),and turns into the Space colony and makes it fall faster into Earth.THan with all the Emeralds,Knuckles says the secret code to turn Sonic and Shadow to Super Sonic and Shadow.Then you have to fight The Final Hazard in Space.Once you beat him,Sonic and Shadow uses Chaos Control.Shadow uses it more than Sonic did because he promised his creator that he would kill himself after saving the world.So he used it more than usual which made him die.That's how it ends.Then the credits are extremely long.I put the game in Japanese mode and beat it again.Also you can have pet Chao.I have all angel chao.My friend has a devil Chao which I have to take care of until he comes over again.my sister has baby chao which has to become devils but decided to become angels.Also there is a sound test.I always listen to:live and love(When you become Super Sonic and Shadow),City Escape(First Hero level)It doesn't matter(made up by Sonic)I wanna fly high(made up by Tails)and Metal Harbor(From Hero level 4.It is a great game with all kinds of things.I think anyone should love this game!From Spngbbfan02!

Now, you know the original Sonic games, think of those, hold them in your mind, and wipe them all out, because this isn't ANYTHING like them, other than the original characters and rings, no no no, Sonicteam has added a few things, better graphics, (Duh), all new characters, Rouge, Eggman to name a few, Chao raising, (Little Pokémon type monsters, only alot cooler and less names to remember), a great 2 player mode, not like the 2 player mode in Sonic 1 and 2 for the Sega Genesis, minigames... Man, i could go on forever, but you should see for yourself.
