The game is almost perfect. Pikmin has great graphics, sound and all the other things you like about it. The flaw in the game is that you have 30 days to beat it, and every day is about 12-15 minutes. So you have a few hours to beat the game. Even if you win you can still play the challenge mode, making the game longer.

I read about this game in magizines and thought it sounded unique, so I went out and bought it. It was definitly worth my money. It is however very, very hard at some points and people should keep that in mind. But overall, this is a great game and will most likely become another Nintendo Classic that will live on for many future generations.

This is a great game for strategy lovers!

When I first played this game I couldnt keep my jaw from dropping. Pikmin puts a mix of simple controls with amazing graphics and astonishing gameplay. It is also very educational with strategy and not one of those "slash and gore" games. You can tell its a true great just by playing once, its very addictive. I would call it a Great Buy!

The game master Shigeru Miyamoto, you may have heard of his creations Mario, Zelda, Yoshi,Donkey Kong, Star Fox and now Pikmin. This game is ultimately the best GCN game yet the is easy in the beginning but you get attached to your counterparts the Pikmin youll actually feel really bad when your Pikmin die the only small downside of the game is that the camera angles may take awhile to get use to other then that a materpeice!

Pikmin is a wonderfully put together game. It not only has wonderful graphics but realistic worlds and sound. Also you will always get a laugh from Captain Olimar. The only downside is the play control isn't wonderful. At first you may get frustrated with the throwing system but after some practice you get used to it. Shigeru Miyamoto has made another legend and Pikmin is sure to have a sequel.

I've only played this a little on my friends Cube, but I just got mine, and I'm working really hard to get it. If you think about it pikmin are kind of like Ants, when they kill and enemy they take it back to thier Onion for food for more pikmin. I think this game is really Fun, but because of the Time Limit you can't really just fool around with your pikmin. I'm also bummed that you have to use a Memory Card to save.Here's a tip, Once you find the Yellow Pikmin, Spend a whole Day(Game Time) Gathering food and makeing as many Pikmin as possible. Even after the short time I have watched the game I think its one of the top 3 games I have ever played.

To my perspective , i think u should rent it first because u might not like the game . This was my first game i ever bought and I made a good choice , not great just good . This game is so full of adventure and fun . These are my ratings for this game.....

Graphics:10/10
When u move in the flowers , the flowers even move(I wasn't expecting it)
Gameplay:10/10
There is so much to do and see.
Sound:9/10
This game has great sound to it.
Replay value:9/10
This game has hours of fun on this game.
Overall:9.5/10(4.5/10)

I think u should just rent it first , not buy it

this is a good game. the graphics are good and so is the sound, and its really fun..... at first. i got bored after a few hours..... and the game doesnt last to long, but i'd buy it anyway since its such an original and fun game! in it u have these plant things called pikmin, and u have to use them to get your space ship parts back. this game is pretty difficult, mostly because their is time in the game, u only have 15 mins for 1 day!!!! but i recommend this for anyone wit a GC.

Carrots and Onions

As Captain Olimar you solve puzzles, destroy massive mushroom/chicken creatures, collect items, and raise thing which you named after carrots, all while listening to a simple devestatingly (in a good way) odd sound track. Nothing's more hilarious than setting a large patch of blue pikmin on fire, red pikmin in water, and throwing suicide bomb rock yellows in random directions.

Lost space crusades don't get much better than this!

A great game the first time around, but it begins to lose it's replay value after a couple of plays. It's a great game, however, and I'd recommend at least renting it. It's a good buy too.
