When I first Played this game i didn't know what to expect put when I got married I started to understand the game a litte bit more but I only rented it but I'm going to buy it as soon as I can. This is the Best video game in the world I don't know how you made it but I wish I could make A better game then this one but I can't because this game is the greatest video game on the face of the Earth! :):):):)

I have played Harvest Moon 64 on my Nintendo 64. It was great, but I have to say Harvest Moon AWL is the best yet!!

This is the best game ever!! You pick names for your animals and yourself! It starts out with a note your dad wrote before he died. This guy who lives on the farm with you gives a cow and shows you around the farm. You might get lost at first and might be hard to work with the view at first but it gets easier. You can only order a few animals at first but you get more. I do not want to tell you all that happens so I will just say that this is a five star game.

First of all, I'm sooo mad because I waisted my money on a game like this! The game's graphics are sooooo bad! I couldn't even tell which way was forward. The farming part is sooooooo pointless! Why would you want to grow your OWN vegetables anyway? When I put it into my PS2, it broke the thing in half! They didn't even tell me it was for a Gamecube!! All the girls look no different from the cow, who is pointless and fat. Plus, my dog hates me! I mean, who wants a craazy dog? In the end, I decided to give the game to my baby sister to chew on. I would not get this game, ever!

This game is so boring. The days are far to long and non eventful. I have a complaint about the cat not having shelter. Do the makers of this game not respect our feline friends? What kind of message does this send to children? There are so many fun things you can do with this game and they really missed the boat on this. Animal crossing is so much more fun!

When I first saw this game I was not so sure it would be good; I've never played one of the previous versions...boy was I wrong! this is a combination of the Sims with I don't know what but..I almost cried when I had my first chicken..and I love my cow...seriously...now my character married Celia and I have the cutest kid in the whole world...I mean this game gets you in the story for real.
I would recomend this title to everybody...I can't stop playing!!!!

It is the best Harvest Moon of the series! I like how you can raise your child. Defenitly worth the money!

Before this game came out I was really excited, I love the 64 one and Friends of Mineral Town is Okay. When my freind got the game I was admittedly a little dissapointed,but two months later a kid at school said it was great. The next day at my friends house I forced myself to play past the first day. The more I played the more I loved it. Infact my freind (who hadn't played the game since she got it) pushed me aside and started playing. Needless to say the next day I got the game. I'm hooked now. The festivles aren't very good but besides thatit's the best. and because things change every year it doesn't become too repetitive which was my one problem with 64. It also has beatiful graghics, like for instance the cows look real! Your son is really cute too! So I definatley recomend this game. It brings harvest moon to a whole new level.

Ever since I got my gamecube I wanted the new Harvest Moon game. I was kinda disappointed with it considering I had really high hopes for it. The graphics are much better and the days are longer and in some ways it's good that they're only ten days in a month because you'd get bored looking at the same thing over and over again. I miss having holidays and my character moves so slow without the horse. A lot of this game is really hard to understand too. I can't figure out what to do with my cows because they won't give milk. I don't know what to do with my goat after it stops giving me milk because it'll be too expensive to keep.

On the plus side the farm is a lot bigger and there's a lot of room to grow crops and to raise animals. It's really easy to feed the animals but it's hard to get the cows to give milk. Also you get married easier and yopu have a kid a lot faster and you're kid can actually talk. The cad part is your wife and kid really never leave the farm much.

I think this game could've been a lot better but I still like it. I suggest renting it first and then seeing if yopu like it.

I have read at least 10 reviews on this game, and watched about 5 movie clips, seen about 50 screenshots, and i can safely say, I WANT THIS GAME! 40$ sounds like a good offer on this game! I might be able to buy it soon, and i can hardly wait!
