Sims2

This game was a great game! It really makes it feel like the teenage world and it's fabulous! You could make your sims do and wear different things... like, when your sim is w/ a friend you can make them have pillow fights, or have them hang out. You can also make them wear different things, like things that a teen Sim would wanna wear. They also have these awesome new hairstyles. There are new types of furniture such as a couch that is all ripped up that gives you the felling that it's old, or a couch that is shaped like lips. In this game there is a lot to look forward to. The Regular Sims2 hit it off, but this one made Sims2 even better (if it can get any better in the first place)! I would definitely recommend this game.

A Great Addition to Sims 2

This expansion pack is a great addition to Sims 2. It takes a lot of space to install it, so make sure you have plenty of memory available. I had to clear off a bunch of files before I could get it to install, and then had to clear off even more files after that to get the game to play a little smoother. Once you get it to play, there are a lot of great new things for your Sim to purchase, more things to fill their time, and more accomplishments to be made.

I enjoyed playing this expansion, and it brought added depth to already interesting game. Reason I gave it four stars is because I thought they over did it with a mascot uniforms and should have included more items in this expansion.

Great game

This is a really great ep. Even without college, there's a lot of cool new stuff, and not just objects. There are now lifetime wants and influence meters (to get people to do what you want.) College is also really fun. There are a few paths you can choose. Basically, you can try to get good grades (knowledge), or become very popular (popularity). The other five aspirations (counting pleasure and grilled cheese from nightlife) still can be succesful, in a mix of those two paths. Romance can just do what popularity does, except for, well, romance.

I really reccomend this game to anyone.

Love this EP!

I love that with this EP you can take your teens to another level. Choosing to send your teens to college also make it so that you have additional time to evolve them. They'll have an edge over others when getting jobs in that they start at higher levels and can finish faster. You even get to give them that dorm life experience if you want. The thing is you'll want to start getting them skills and experience early because the more they have the more scholarships they can qualify for. More scholarships mean more time for school and they don't have to work. It's like real school only on the accelerated Sims scale. Get this EP, and you won't be disappointed. Just be sure you have a lot of memory if you have a lot of EPs because it'll run slow as heck otherwise.

I loved this game it made the sims feel even more real. I loved that you could apply for simoliens for college. My only complante was it said on the sins 2 web sit that the game gave a new age grop but it didnt unless you sent the sims to college. over all though it was a fun game.

Interesting addition

Well, I haven't actually bought this expansion yet..in fact I only have the original Sims 2 as of right now. Tomorrow though I'll be purchasing this..and I consider it a fine investment. From what I've read (and I've done quite alot of research) this expansion adds so much more to the game than simply a college experience. I love the fact that you can start a career without being at the bottom of the ladder..a welcome change for me since I cannot stand spending my sims' whole adult life trying to get to the top of a career without any time for anything else..like a family. I'm terrible at giving reasons why people should by or do something..so I'll just give my own major, personal reason for wanting this: there's a cheat you can use in the game that allows more floors for building. Up to 255 I believe..which is fantastic since I've always wanted a monstrously large mansion..likely around 30-40 floors...which is easily worth the cost of the expansion. I might be mistaken on the cheat..but I guess I'll find out tomorrow for certain.

hmmmmm

I purchased sims 2 nearly a year ago, but ignored all the expansion packs because, i felt i was satisfied building houses, raising a family, trying to get mi kids in private school etc(all the neat stuff SIMS 2 has to offer). But then i thought, why not just get an expansion pack and enjoy SIMS2 in a whole different way...so I purchased Sims university. (This is hard for me to say cause I love SIMS 2 soooo but....) having sims university was a HUGE let down. First of all, I think they should have given more career choices relating to an individual's major. Take for example as a lit major, one of my career choices is a CRIMINAL...why would I want to go to college to be a CRIMINAL!!!

For Real I didnot enjoy Sims University...I should have waited for Sims pets (being an animal lover and all). Surprisngly I gave this expansion pack a 3....only because it is a SIMS.
