What is wrong with Amazon

Ok so I ordered the game from both Best Buy and Amazon thinking like usual Amazon would have it out and it would be here in the next few days. However, guess what Best Buy was so much quicker and I ordered this game a long time ago I mean more than 5 months ago. I am done with Amazon. This is the third time Amazon has screwed up my order.

Long before I owned any of the other Expansion Packs and Stuff Packs, the original Sims 2 was still very cool! I now own ever last Expansion Pack and Stuff Pack. Every last one of them was worth the wait and the money spent! I just can't get enough of this game! You lose track of time during game play and you really do have a bunch of fun! Love it!

This will be the best game EVER!!!!!

I'm totally psyced for ts2! I'm really ticked that it isn't coming out until after July. But if we rush Maxis the game won't be the way everyone wants it(realistic, challenging, perfiect,ect.) So anything Maxis makes is worth waiting for!

This will be fun.

All of the current Sims fans are going to freak out when they play this. And those who haven't played Sims before--will.

The original Sims is fun, but can get boring at times (not to mention very realistic). The Sims2 makes it so you can play your Sim throughout their ENTIRE lifetime. You can see your Sims grow old.

And in this game you totally customize their homes--build an attic, basement, make some hills. It's all good. You even can zoom in and see the expressions on the Sims faces!

The best part is, when you have a kid they won't turn out to be a differen't color than your Sim, they automatically take the features from their parents, so you have your own unique Sim!

Sims2 is a completely revamped version of the original Sims. Players will have more fun trying out all the new features and making their Sims come to life than ever.

Slow, not for computers with minimum memory

I got this game really for no reason and half regreted buying it for computer. At first I was frustrated because it took a long time to install it and then when I finally got to play it it took a long time to load. But as I played it, it got faster. But when the Sims 2 Pets expansion pack came out my computer didn't have enough memory. I'm waiting to get more memory for my computer so I can get the Sims 2 Pets!!!

This is a good game! The interface is pretty much the same as the original Sims, though there are some new parts that take about a day to learn. There is much more customization of people, and the graphics are a lot better. Great job, EA!

This is a great game...
no doubt.
Also, I have no clue why people are freaking out because of the fact that your sims can "woohoo". You can do this in the earlier versions.
So, if it's so gross don't do it. Parents, don't freak out if you don't want your kids to do it just tell them. Don't prevent your kids from this game. People are stupid. It's no big deal. This is a great game and those people are SQUARES.

Basically, this game is hands down 100% better than the Sims 1, even with all of the extras that came with it. Sims 2 is more personal, outfits don't have to be paired with the same shirt and pants or whateva, and you can choose what kind of pajamas they wear, and there can be three floors on your houses, which saves a lot of space in order to build a big pool with a lot of outdoor space for your garden or swing set! but on to the topic; i have 2.8ghz processor and a Intel Extreme Video Card, and everything runs fine, although everything has to be on low, it does not take away from the game experience. don't be fooled by people saying that you need an expensive video card to play this game, it runs fine on my computer, just make sure you have at least 2ghz processor though. this will sure be the best selling pc game for 2005.

I always enjoyed the previous Sims versions but Sims 2 is absolutely amazing. There is so much detail and so much room for creativity.

The ability to create stories and movies is a plus. And I really love the aging aspect. You get to go from pregnancy, the baby, toddler, child, teen, adult and finally elder.

I do have the slow gameplay problems that others have mentioned occasionally. Don't know if it is the game itself or how it behaves on my computer but never the less, I absolutely enjoy it. If you love The Sims, definitely pick this one up!
