The Seinfeld of video games

That's the best way I can describe it- this is a game... about nothing. No goals, no princess to save, no requirements to do anything whatsoever. That being said, this is probably the most innovative game I've ever played, and hands down the most addicting. Great for gamers who like to play in short bursts- maybe 15 minutes at a time, but the hardcore gamer should be forewarned- this is not a game that you can sit down and play for 3 or 4 hours straight. Buy the game now. For under fifty bucks, it's a steal.

The whole family loves it

This was a last minute gift for my eight year old for Christmas. He didn't ask for it, I just saw it on line and read some of the reviews and decided to get it. At first my eight year old didn't want anything to do with it, but then my nineteen year old sat down and played it one day and was hooked. Since then all three of my boys are addicted. I have a twelve year old too. The game is amazing, although the graphics aren't the greatest the concept of the game is awesome. It is set in real time, meaning the time of day and year. Like on Feb. 14th everyone will receive a gift in the mail, and on Jan. 28th the general store had a huge sale, and on Jan.30th they had a raffle and gave away several prices. I think its all my kids favorite game now. I think I deserve a pat on the back, and so does Animal Crossing.

This is an outstading game, which really is quite addicting. By far, a great part of the game is that time goes by like in real life, with actual holidays in the game (some real, like Halloween, and some fiction, like your City's day). Another great quality is how life-like it is...buying furniture, paying off loans, and writing letters to people in the town. New animals move into your town every now and then, so you always meet new animals in the game. The best part is though, that unlike other games of this time, it isn't a boring "bad guy, good guy" scene as in, for instance, Mario games. It's refreshing and new!

Good.

This game was fun. The first day I got it, I played it for hours. It was very entertaining. I've never seen a game like it. I love how you have the animals in your village. The animals are so cute! The only problem is, it gets boring after awhile because it just repeats itself day after day. I also HATED what happened when you turned the game off without saving. It was a very cute game though. I'd recommend it.

A really fun game!!!!

Animal Crossing is a mixed breed of "The Sims" (ea games) and
"Harvest Moon64"I(nintendo). I love this game even after you have done everything there is still more to do. This game is definitly not boring. It may not have the action of others but it is still a great game.

Fun!

This is a wonderful game overall. I still play it every day, and I can barely get my hands to let go of the controller. Well, first off, I'll start with the negatives. The biggest problem is that you can understand the letters that other town members send you, but they can't understand your letter. You could swear at them and tell them off, and they still thank you for the letter. The graphics are, unfortunately, worthy of being on N64. The music is also very boring. This game is very creative, and definately unique. You may consider this as your other life. There is much to do, such as fishing, playing, working, shopping, decorating, and just hanging out. This game is a must-buy for anyone, NOT a rental!

Who needs real life?

It's like real life but in a video game. What's there not to like? Except your villagers are funny looking animals. There is a lot of interaction with your townspeople. You can do favors for them, write letters, just plain talk to them. This is mostly to get cool stuff from them to make your house better.

Your house can be customized with flooring, wallpaper, furniture, and gyriods. Gyriods are tree looking things that make noise. There noise changes according to the music you have on or the other gyriods around them. You can only find them after rainy days.

There a store in everytown owned by Tom Nook. He sells you shirts, plants, furniture, equipment, wallpaper, flooring, and stationaries. You use equipment mainly to make more money. You can use shovels, fishing poles, nets, and axes. You can get money from things you find with these or you can donate them to your towns museam.

Theres plenty to do in this game. This game even changes with the seasons and holds holidays at the correct time. When theres Halloween in real time there Halloween in the game. It you have lots of time this game will definately fill it.

BUY IT NO MATTER WHAT THE PRICE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now it might seem like I'm a Game freak! CAUSE I AM! I play all games I can get my paws on and review them online! So I'm gonna talk about Animal Crossing! Ok dudes. This is my favorite game. Theres only one way to get hurt, by bee sting. And you can rack up big Bells($$$) working for your villagers.(And I give them credit for using Feng Shui lol) Heres the UPS^
Money- You can make alotta of it FAST!
Friends- This is no Age of Empires. You can have friends if you have none in reality!heehee

Communication- You can talk as well as write letters and give them to Pelly(Mail Woman) and they will be delivered in under an hour.
Now the DOWNS!
House Location- You always are in B-3 you should pick where you live.
ummmmm. I LUV THIS GAME!!!!!!!!!!! ...

What can I say, the whole family is hooked. We each have multiple characters in multiple towns (you need a separate memory card for each town). Be careful, it's so addicting that we sometimes tend to let household chores slide. Set some rules about amount of play time before you start. The hook with this game is that there are certain things that you can do only at certain times of the day. Sure you can cheat and change the GC system time, but that's no fun.
