Not something I play but the kids are addicted! Fun game for little ones, very age appropriate for even the youngest gamer.

We rented this from Blockbuster and myself, my son and my husband have not been able to put it down. I'm not a video game player by any means but this game is so much fun. This game is also educational. You have to work and run errands to get money to pay your mortgage and furnish your home. This game is a must have!

This is one of the best games I had ever seen in my life! It is the most unique game. It lets you create your own world thats all about you! How many games let you do that? Animal Crossing is something else!The game has like infinate amount of choices that you can make your very own town a perfect place!

This game is so awsome. I rented it. Basicly harvest moon suped up. Expect you dont farm..... I still cant belive they made a simulatoin farm game. Well you start your game on a train. A thing ask your name and ill this other boring stuff. Once off train you choose 1 of 4 houses. You work at a store to pay off debt for house. You spend your free time almost doing anything you want. You can fish look for fossils decroat your house right letters to people recive letters. Visit other human players.(when a brother or friend starts a new game he chooses a diffrent house you can go visit your friends house)You can even visit diffrent towns if a friend brings his memory card. This game is truly amazing i didnt think gamecubecould pull something this good off. The best part of this game though is you arent farming.

Take it from me, a 13 year-old girl gamer, that this game is 'the cats meow'. I just got it yesturday, and Ive been addicted from the start! Basicly, when you get on the train, you talk to Rover...then you eventually talk to Tom Nooks, owner of the only store in town, who gives you a house, but then you have to pay off a debpt. Its amusing...but September nights 6 - 9 are incredibly boring! All the animals, well...exept one in my case, want to stare at the harvest moon...bt that was ok, since the view WAS amazing...even for a video game! Ive looked forward to this type off game...and here it is! Its kinda hard to get the cash you need to pay off your debt, but once you do, you get to get a bigger house! JOY! ...

This game is great theres always something going on yesterday i went to see the harvest moon and the mayor gave me a moon worth a whopping 8,000 bells.This game is great i know that most of you have to go to your friends village to get a differnet fruit but while my brother was playing he saw a ballon with a gift atached my brother opened the gift and in it was a peach ( in our town its cherry trees )if you have a shovel you can plant it and boom a new fruiit tree in town.I just paid of my loan to nook and he upgraded me to a bigger house.right now i can't buy anything ant nooks cranny because hes closed for remodeling and hes turning it into nooks shop n go witch will be alot bigger then nooks cranny.all and all this games greatyou've got to get if your a true gamecube owner.

Probably the most unique game made - especially when you consider the trading, ecard and communication options.
This game is fun and safe for all ages. Adults will find it equally addictive. The game itself surrounds your character having moved to a new town and having a go at it - paying off the house, buying things, exploring, making friends. The music is amazingly robust with hundreds of songs, and the personalization options truly make this game your own.
You may consider buying the agb-gc cable if you also own a gameboy advance as it allows you to go to a secret island.
I can see the cartoon happening sometime in the spring of next year.
