Tony Hawk to the Max

Tony Hawk 3 is a new Tony Hawk with a lot of old stuff, but it's a skating game so what do you expect. This Tony Hawk has a lot of new things like a better carrer mode and better create a player mode so would be a good choice if you like Tony Hawk 1 and 2 it's also good if you want to try a new game like Tony Hawk.

THPS3 is by all means a good game, but don't let it fool you into thinking that it's for everyone. Whereas SSX Tricky is fun, gorgeous and easy to pick up for almost any gamer, THPS is very hard, very soon. If you have little experience with THPS or any other Skateboarding/Snowboarding game, you may be in for a disappointing experience.

If riding around a small (albeit well designed) area for hours trying to perform that one elusive trick sounds like fun, then buy away. Those of you looking for anything else will be disappointed since this game is about REPETITION. There are mini-tasks to complete each level, and some are very difficult, not to mention boring.

This is a good game, but only for fans of the genre. It's a bit annoying to not be able to make it to the next level, only because you can't do one stupid trick. I pay for all the levels, I want all the levels!

This is one of the greatest games I have ever played. Everything seems to have been improved: The graphics (obviously) have gotten significantly better, there are people walking around and are interactive, just like in real life, plus no longer is it always dark outside, the levels are bright and colorful, just like in real life , and the physics are more realistic, just like in real life (somewhat), and the Carear mode has been improved but has the same system: achive your level goals and move on to the next place, just like in real life. However, the level goals have decreased in number from THPS2, they have become alot more fun, and personally, less tedious.
There is 1 new skater (yay!... to bad you can't hear my sarcasim), but one of my personal favorites has been removed, Bob Burnquist.
Like I said everything has been improved, the Skate Park Creator is significantly better, with more pieces to use, and the ability to raise and lower the ground.
There are too many good things about this game to mention, so I'll just leave you with this: Buy this game NOW! But don't buy it used because people are selling it for more than the store retail price (what's the point?)

by far this is the best THPS game, with amazing graphics and tricks there is no reason to not enjoy it. this game was very fun while it lasted. only 8 levels with 9 easy missions, WHAT WERE THE CREATERS THINKING? i dont know. if they come out with a fourth tony hawk make at least 20 level with at least 15-30 difficult missions. that it why i only gave it 3 stars, it was a fun game but it was too short. if you get tired of it play it with your friends while you are stoned.

I think it is a really cool game and the graphics are really great! It is so cool! But I'm hoping Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4 is at Toys r us..............

I really enjoyed playing this game, in other words it wuz awesome. Some of the missions were difficult, in fact i haven't passed alot of them, that is just one feature which makes this game good and long lasting. My favorite part wuz creating my own skater, but i don't know how to create my own skating park yet. Overall pro skater 3 is a GREAT game with cool graphics and awesome game play. I hope you will look into buying it, there is no need 4 renting.

I'm not exactly a skateboarding fan, but the Tony Hawk series has me hooked. THPS2 was a great game, but three is much better. It is easier to create your own park and skater, the graphics are better, of course, and the game is fairly easy to learn, but you won't get bored quickly like with some games.

has good gameplay and u can beat it with all 13 normal skaters,a created skater, and 8 secret skaters unlocked in career mode. u can open 3 bonus levels in addition to the 9 original levels in career mode. then there are 11 secret modes u may also unloc and if u still want more there is free skate and single session and then a 2player mode. it includes trick attack, graffiti, slap, horse, and free skate. then there will soon be an online mode so the fun never ends

This game is awesome, tho it was missing some of the fun elments from THPS2 and THPS1, it is still fun, once you start playing it you cant stop
