HAIL! HAIL! SONIC TEAM DOES IT AGAIN!

Speed, shooting, treasure hunting, Chao, hidden levels, hidden characters, Big the Cat appearances, level up items, FMVs that rock... It's all on this GD-ROM, which is by far the best game EVER! Save the world as Sonic, Knuckles, and Tails, OR conquer it with Eggman (Dr. Robotnik), Rouge the Bat,and (by far, the best character ever) Shadow. Sonic and Shadow even grind on their own Soap Shoes. Sonic wears custom made Scorcher Soaps, and I don't even know what kind Shadow has (they have jets on them). Sonic and Shadow's levels are built for speed. Knuckles and Rouge (That's ROUGE, not Rogue) hunt for treasure, and Tails and Eggman shoot everything in sight in their own walkers. The replay value in this game is top notch, it moves at a killer 60 frames per second, the soundtrack is the best yet (You can finally understand some words), and you can do some things in the Chao gardens with Eggman that look very funny BUY IT BUY IT BUY IT! BEST GAME EVER!

The Best Sonic Game Out Of The Series

Sonic Adventure was good but Sonic Adventure 2 is the best Action/Adventure game I've ever played. And what other game would give you the choice to be good or evil. On the good side you got Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Amy Rose (which she is not in any of the levels) and on the Evil side you get Shadow The Evil Hedgehog, Dr. Eggman (A.K.A Dr. Robotnik), and Rouge "The Bat." You don't just get only the story mode you get a lot of neat stuff in this game ranging from Kart Races (which you have to unlock) and do other missions, and even have your own Virtual Pet right on your VMU, and plus there is Boss mode where u go and defeat every boss u went through in the story mode, and for you Hardcore Sonic fans like me u can also collect 100 rings for a mission or hook up the 2 player and challenge in a duel or Kart Race or even race through a level you completed. What a game for the 10th Anniversary for the Sonic crew. Happy 10th Anniversary Sonic!

Better Than The First Sonic Adventure!

This game is awesome! It's so much more improved than the original, you wouldn't believe it. For starters, no more Tails following Sonic everywhere he goes. Another great thing is that there is now finally a really cool Sonic look-a-like villian. I mean Mecha Sonic, Metal Sonic, Hyper Metal Sonic, Silver Sonic, and Silver Sonic 2 were okay but Shadow blows all of them out of the water! Another great thing about the game is you can FINALLY play as Dr.Robotnik, which is something I've always wanted to do in a Sonic game. I mean, there were games like Sonic Racing where you could race as Robotnik, but now you can actually play levels with him! Plus, now you can replay the stories instead of having to recreate a whole new file. Other great things about the game are more upgrades, improved kart racing, the new multiplayer feature, and the ability to actually grind with Sonic and Shadow! How cool is that. The last thing I need to mention is....well....something I thought I'd never say. The Chao are actually cool in this game! Still a little childish, but cool. You can now decide on if your Chao is good or evil depending on who you take care of the Chao with and there is a special Chao kindergarten where your Chao can learn cool things. The down side is it takes 52 blocks of memory, 4 more blocks than it took in the original, to care for Chao. But, I'm sure it's definently worth it. If you even like the original Sonic Adventure a little bit, you'll love this one!

Go Blue Blur!

This game was way blue cool! This is Sonic the Hedgehog at one of his best, with awesome special effects, the trademark speed, good music, six playable characters (actually, TWELVE if you know certain cheats), and a suspenseful, emotionally involving story (at least for an overly-sentimental Sonic junkie like me). Besides the return of Sonic, Knuckles, and Tails as playable characters and Amy as a crucial story character, the three villains are playable. For the first time on the Dreamcast, Dr. Robotnik is playable, as well as the two new characters, Rouge the bat and the totally awesome Shadow "The Ultimate Life Form" Hedgehog! Sonic and Shadow play like the traditional Sonic games- speed through the level and get to the end in one piece. Knuckles and Rouge hunt for Emeralds. Tails and Robotnik continue the shoot-em-up tradition of E-102, except without a time limit. Plus, the Chao element is back, with new features and the option to raise them good or bad. I would have given this a five if not for two complaints!

1. They never fixed the friggin horrible camera from SA1! It doesn't allow the player to see some areas, twists at the wrong place at the wrong time, and kills me a lot.

2. Maybe this is just me, but the game has the adorable Tails confined to his Tornado 2! He can't fly or use his speed except in the Chao gardens, where he doesn't even need them! I luv that little fox and to me that's bad.

But enough of that. Overall, a great 10th Anniversary game!

this is the best game ever!! i love everything about it and i love playing the diff. types of characters!! i like the levels where u can play knuckles and search for the pieces of the emerald. i highly reccomend that u purchase this game, it is the coolest game ever!! u get to grind and snowboard on the street. its totally awesome.

You wouldn't believe how much sonic 2 has improved over sonic 1. You get to play the dark characters! Not only can you save the world but you can also conquer it! I have always liked this game because you can be super sonic and his rival hyper shadow. There are 6 main characters and 3 minor ones. Sonic,Tails,and Knuckles are the goodguys. Shadow, Dr. Eggman, and Rouge are the evilguys. It's a fun-filled game. There are 180 emblems to get. I've had this game for 2 years and I have 161/180 emblems. Geting A's on every level (yes, EVERY LEVEL) you get the green hillzone level and you get the 3d green hill garden for chaos. Dark, hero, and neuteral choas are awsome. Special features include hero races and dark races. If you beat every mission for a specific character, you get a very cool costume for that character. This is definitely a 5* game!

first the funny stuff. when you get an "E" rank with Rouge, she goes, "I'm ashamed to call myself a hunter" in her dummest voice. Probably the most funny thing is shadow goes, "oh, I see..." then he jumps up and goes, "I'm the coolest!" me and my friend were laughing for hours and still joke about it. Eggman always says, "YESH!" after he beats a level. haha. knuckles has the deepest voice and when he dies, he goes, "It's over." and it sounds like he is falling asleep. that was also very funny. when you beat a level with shadow, he spins around and says, "here we go!" when you beat a level with tails, he jumps up and down and says, "I did it!" in his best "I'm a big boy now!" voice. when you jump with eggman, he says, "yo!" all the time. amy thinks sonic likes her and actullay asks him to marry her. of corse, sonic goes"NO WAY" and amy acts all dumb after that. one more question. how do you surf on the street? could somebody tell me how? anyways this is one of the best games despite the dumb humur. buy this game, don't waste your time with BATTLE, there are just more 2player modes. take my advice and get this game. you will laugh your brains out. oh yeah, one more thing. knukles music is so funny. "you know me the fighting freak knukles and we in pumkin hill, yoyoyo all up in the hood"

How do you like your hedgehog? Slow, Fast, or Super Sonic!

When you think of the word Sonic what do you think of? Going at super hyperfast speeds, going to eat at Sonics, or do you think of a little blue hedgehog running at speeds of only you can think of in your mind? If you don't know what I am talking about then get Sonic Adventure 2. Its got all the first Sonic Adventure had and more. Some of the cool things in Sonic Adventure 2 are now you can play as the evil, sidistic scientist known as Eggman(a.k.a Dr. Robotnick)as well as bieng able to play as one of his henchmen Rouge(a flying bat) or as Shadow(a evil Sonic look a like). As always the hyperfast hedgehog Sonic is back and ready to out run evil with Tails(a fox with two tails that alow him to fly) and with Knuckles(a tough hitting echidna who can easily be tricked but can also retaliate hard). Never the less I KNOW Sonic Adventure 2 will be more cooler, more better, and more faster than Sonic Adventure.

Sega have managed to come up with the goods once again on Sonic Adventure 2. The graphics are far superior to the original, the levels are better and there is more of a plot to the game. There is the introduction of new characters as well which will make the game more appealing. This is a must have game as i love d the first and this is even better, and has held my attention for a long time now. Go Sonic!! keep that Sega flag flying
