The best PS3 right WITHOUT a doubt.

2 weeks ago I decide to buy up this I take the risk to buy it because there so many games out there that ARE good there not doubt about it but Uncharted: Drake's Fortune not only satisfied my gamer expectations now I can call myself a Huge fan of this series now. Everything on this game is well done it's coming from one of the best development on the gaming industry: Naughty Dogs creator of Crash from the PSone generation and Jak and Daxter from the PS2 generation both series totally successful on the past era and Uncharted: Drake's Fortune TOTALLY rocks. The game hold so much fun, so much action, adventure and hold an AMAZING story that keep my sitting tight on my chair until the very end of the game. If u are a PS3 owner or u are thinking about buy up a PS3 with a game read this VERY CAREFULLY AND WELL ok.... BUY THIS GAME NOW!!!!!!!

The game look and play like motion picture and goes even more deep with amazing cut-scene that are GORGEOUS and the not stop action and good puzzle are entertainment. The game include an amazing tutorial that explain you everything on the game from the melee attack as the aim with gun and grenade everything you need is explain apart of that the game hold a excellent music background and even more.

The game look great! but there fair amount of screen tearing and texture that just pop-up but nothing to worry about the game LOOK good and that don't interfere on nothing with my gameplay.

As a musician I have to admit the game SOUND AMAZING!. From the low instrumentation to the very opening until the very end of the game Naughty Dogs just show out HOW TO make music instrumentation on a game. My Congrats to the Naughty Dogs music employs behind the game. God Bless guys it was amazing and really enjoyable ^_^.

The gameplay is so fun. From the shootouts on foot and vehicles to the leaping on the walls to the throwing grenade to the enemies with the Sixaxis(it could be throw it without the Sixaxis too.) everything is VERY WELL DONE even more high that I expected for real.

The game stick me around 14 hours. The so much to do into this game to unlock like collecting 1000 medals and find the 65 treasure that are hidden on the hold game unlocking the bonuses etc etc etc. The game hold a great chance for replay value just to unlock those rewards and bonuses that are amazing reward and the difficulty setting is another reason to coming back just to challenge you and meantime to unlock those reward believe me those ARE WORTHING!.

Bought this game because the reviews and I am very happy

I am usually not one who enjoys Indiana Jones type games but this game is different

The graphics are top-notch, the storyline is interesting, and the excitement is very real.

I felt like most of the challenges of the game had a good mixture of testing yet doable.

Best part about the game is once you beat it, you can play it a 2nd time on a harder difficulty level and it is even BETTER

Coming from an indiana jones fan this game was just an incredible experience, everything the upcoming next gen indy game should be and MORE!.

Graphics: A solid 10 incredible visuals, solid framerate an overall awesome job from the guys over at naugty dog.

Gameplay: 9.5 Very nice firefights and wonderful platforming. Nonstop action!

Replay Value: 9.00 Lots of unlockables and future home integration makes this game a must have!

When I read all of these positive reviews I had to buy this game and I am so glad that I did! This is one of the best games that I have ever played! It's like they took the best aspects of games like Max Payne, Resident Evil 4, Half-life 2, Tomb Raider, and then rolled them all into one great game. It has a great story line, interesting characters, exciting gameplay, and plenty of replay value. It is obvious that the designers put a lot of thought into this one. The best part about it....it looks outstanding! I spent the first 10 minutes just walking around, stunned by the quality of the graphics. If you own a PS3, you really should try this game! I am very glad that I bought it.

I mainly bought this game because i had just bought my ps3 and wanted a 5star game. that is exactly what i got. this game is amazing. it took me about 10 hrs to beat it but its got lots of little things to unlock. i still havent unlocked everything. theres also little treasures stuffed in corners and on ledges you can find. its a great shooter. if you can't see around a corner very good, click L3 and Drake will switch hands. you can hange from ledges and shoot at the same time. SLIGHT SPOILER: ...i also loved the way it changed from jungle to ruins to jungle to drowned city to dark resident evil type deal.

this is a great game.

Graphics and Gameplay!

Uncharted: Drake's Fortune has been a pleasant surprise. It has fantastic graphics and a decent story. Gameplay is linear, but Naughty Dog pulls it off well. The AI is good. The tropical settings and ruins are amazing. Uncharted: Drake's Fortune has some similarities to Far Cry. One similarity of note is the use of dramatic music during action sequences. When you have killed the last enemy in that sequence, the music stops. I found the game more interesting than Assassin's Creed. The ending was certainly better.

A reason to own a PS3

There are plenty of PS3 games out there, but if you are looking for a PS3 exclusive that will blow you away, you can't go wrong with Naughty Dog's Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, which I believe is the best PS3 exclusive game out there today along with Ratchet and Clank...

The graphics are stunning, which makes Uncharted perfect for showing off to your friends. Without spoling the actual storyline for you, I just have to say that the story is incredible and immersive, and makes you feel like you are actually there in El Dorado. Character development is great in my opinion, and the enemy AI is pretty smart.

I think that one of the things that makes Uncharted stand out is its use of sound. Its soundtrack perfectly fits the situation that you are in e.g. fast paced and lively during a chase sequence. In addition, the combination of a platforming game and shooter is incredible, and seem to go hand-in-hand when you play.

As amazing as Uncharted is, it has its flaws. The main flaw is that the story, although brilliant, is pretty short; it took me about 10 hours to finish it. There are plenty of hidden rewards and treasures that make the game replayable, but I only wish that the storyline was longer. Also, despite the fact that there are some elements of a puzzle-game in Uncharted, it would have been perfect if there were some more, and more challenging puzzles to complete. Besides that, I believe that the game is incredible.

In conclusion, I highly recommend this game to anybody who owns a Playstation 3, as you , like I, will find that Uncharted isn't just a game, but an experience.

5 stars isn't enough to rate this game. it's amazing. the graphics are fantastic. the water looks so real, the fauna, everything as if it was hand sculpted one bit at a time. When Nate goes into water, he looks wet, when he comes out, he looks like he just came out of water. shadows are exact too. the jungles look real as well as the ancient temples and pretty much everything in the game. never have I seen a better game. The gameplay is amazing. there's always something new to do, sweet wepons, awesome fights, and looking for treasures along the way helps to keep it interesting when you get stuck. It's a crime if they don't come out with a sequal. I got it on Christmas and beat it yesterday. It wasn't a short game though and I usually don't spend my whole day, if any at all playing video games, but this one was so addicting, I couldn't stop. It had 22 chapters, all with great gameplay. And even my friend who hates the PS3 with passion (don't ask) and adores his 360 was convinced that it was a great game and now wants to buy a PS3. I knew the console would be good and now it has proven itself. I heard the Uncharted only uses about 30% of the PS3's power, so the sequal to Uncharted should be even better, if it happens, and since this game was so good, I wouldn't be surprised. There wasn't really much to go on at the end of the game that would make you think of a sequal, but with ratings like this, it'll happen.

Family fun

This game is so much fun to play. My daughter and I have had a great time together maneuvering the main character through the lush jungle scenes and trying together to figure out what to do next. I highly recommend this game as a wonderful way to bond with the family. Be reminded, though, that the language and violence can be a little intense for younger players.
