when i first played madden '01 i thought it was the one of the great games of all time there is no possible way to scew it up.

i feel that if you can build a team completely through a draft ten this game would be great. in madden 2001 you can play franchise and i think that makes the game fun. if easports can do that for triple play and nhl and nba they would have most everybodys full attention

At the start of this football season, I did not know what game to get: Madden 2002, NFL 2k2, or ESPN's version. By October, I could not wait any longer for the other two to become available so I purchase the Madden game. It was a smart choice. The graphics took a big jump from last years game and the AI has never been better. I rented the other two games after their release dates and neither one even came close to being half as good as the 2001 version. This game is what is keeping EA Sports in business. Now if they only put this much effort into their other games...

This game is the greatest game ever. It is better than the sorry game that Vitaly likes called Grand Theft Auto Racing 3. If you get this game you won't need a game again. This game will keep you busy all the time. So Vitaly shut up about Grand Theft Auto Racing 3 is better.

I do not Recomend this game. First of all, if you do things to quickly, the game crashes. The graphics are O.K., but the computer [isn't ]. Unless you want to control your player, they are a long way from the ball. Also, occasionally, the quarterback tends to throw to a reciver the computer picks. On defence, the pass defence [isn't good]. You cannot intercept easy-to-catch passes. And, the man to man coverage is horrible. Personally, I don't recomend this game.

There shouldn't even be a review for this game. This is the best football game made, better than nfl fever and all the other ones. The takles are all that and they have a hard running game. This game got realistic graphics and the game is hard.

This game is great and all but I have found that it is almost impossible to complete any passes. I have now played in over nine games and haven't scored a single point, plus it seems like the computer is impossible to beat no matter what difficulty it is.
