Great, With All Of My Favorite Skaters

This is a great game, second in skateboarding games only to the Street Sk8er series. All of the skaters in it are excellent, featuring some of my favorites such as Bob Burnquist and Bucky Lasek. There is a huge variety of tricks in this game, and most of them are fairly easy. This may sound like a bad thing, but then the tricks seem to get harder as you move on. There are several courses, my favorites being the Warehouse, the skatepark in Chicago, the Mall in New York, and the Phoenix, Arizona course. The music is another high point. Tracks by such great acts as Dead Kennedy's, Suicide Machines, Goldfinger, and Suicidal Tendencies fill the air as you take on a friend or play by yourself in career mode. A good buy if you are looking for skating games.

If you like skateboarding or watching it on TV then try this game. It has some sweet moves and popular skateboards. The game has hidden caracters, compitions, video's, 10 course's and special moves. The moves in the game are very realalistic and very cool. They've got grabs, flips, board tricks, grind, gaps, and more. And in San Fransico theres a moving trolly that can acually hit you! I think it's one of the most greatest skateboarding games ever made, and if you don't beleive me go buy it today. .............

warning: be ready to bust out some phat spins,sick tricks, and unbelievable grinds.(in non skater terms have lots of fun.)This is most definitely the best game for playstation so far. It has about 10 cities to travel to including san francisco, miami and minneapolis.It has endless possibilities of tricks including flip tricks, grinds,grabs,and spins and each skater has their own special tricks so you never get bored. the only setback is that....THERE ARE NO SETBACKS TO BE CRITICIZED! You can pull big spins, sweet flips, awesome grabs and sick spins and best of all you dont even leave your couch! you need this game. In fact I will cry if you dont buy it!......hurry out and buy it......GET IT NOW!

Along came Tony Hawk's Pro Skater. I've had this game since it came out 09/99 and i still can't leave it alone. I have the Strategy Guide which is a must have. The special moves are great and the special grinds are the best. The absolute best thing about this game is the fact of being to master the art of combos and ending up with a series of tricks that gives you over 200,000 points. The weird thing about this game is you don't understand how addicting it is until you pick up the controller. I've seen a numerous amount of my friends come over, start playing the game and not want to leave it alone. This is a definite must have even if you don't like skating games.

If you are looking for a really great game this is the one to buy. There are a numerous amount of tricks, boards, and different tricks to be done. The excitment keeps going as you play the game. There is no difficulty in doing tricks. You will not get confused as you progress in the game.

This game is sweet! Pro Skater is really addicting. Once you start you cant stop playing. The sound is top notch. Although the music gets annoying after a while, it does have some cool songs. The sound effects are also good. My only complaint about the sound is when skaters fall they say ouch and grunts. But in real life they would yell and scream. I give the sound a 9.0. The graphics are decent but not perfect. There are some glitches in the game but nothing to worry about. Other then that the graphics are superb. With gorgeous courses and sweet player models. The game also lacks colors but who cares. I give the graphics a 8.5. The gameplay is excellent. Cool combos and tricks. Although the camera gets annoying sometimes. I give the gameplay a 9.5. This game is a must have.

I just got this game for Christmas and have been hooked on it since. I don't skateboard, but still have immense fun playing this game. It has a great career mode, great multi-player games (especially "graffiti"), and fully-playable and fun skating environments. It's definitely a must-buy for any gamer.

This game features ten pro skaters all with different signature moves. It is a fabulous game with stunning graphics and awesome gameplay.You can do just about every skateboarding trick imaginable on ten or so different courses. I love this game, my friends love this game, even my stubborn parents admitted it was a cool game. If you have a Playstation buy this game because its something that you cant afford to miss out on.

Tony Hawk Pro Skater is one of the best games ever made on the PSX. I got a ps2 and bought TWINE and I hated that so I got THPS and it rocked. So get Tony Hawk Pro Skater before getting Tony Hawk Pro Skater 2, because you'll be playing all night. Great price too.
