Crazy Taxi is a great game to play when you get home after that guy just cut you off on the freeway. You can ram cars and random objects on the street and not get penalized -- it's a road raged person's dream! I'll let you read the other reviews for a synopsis of the game, but for me, crazy taxi is just a fun, light-hearted game that's got pretty good replay value. Plus it's so easy, anyone can play and have fun. A good game to play with friends. Highly recommended.

This game is great. It's easy to control the car and fun to bang around town in a cab. The theme and whole idea is good but it could use a few extra things, which i was dissapointed to find out weren't added in the second version of this game. They should add more than one level, i got kinda tired of ridin around the same board all the time. They should have made more cars with distinct differences about them other than the way they look, some should maybe go faster than the others or do specials tricks or something. I also think it would be better if it were a two player game. It's real fun but i wasn't excited to play it anymore after about a day. It's a good addition to your game collection but i wouldn't call it a major hit.

when i bought this game i could not gett enought of it! if you like high speed, split second, just plain old action you are mad for this game, and if you don't you belong on your couch dinking a soda watching golf reruns. Also a great sound track i was dumbfounded by the music and the sound afects. I give this game 9 thumbs up (that is if i had 9 thumbs)So if your looking to waste $... make sure when you walk down that isle that you through CRASY TAXI in your cart.

Great Gameplay

This is a great game with awesome graphics, animations and responsive, natural controls. This is not just a racing game. You drive your taxi around town, pick up fares and take them to their destination as quickly and painlessly as possible. There are a couple of downsides, however. First, there are, as far as I can tell, only 2 music tracks in the game and, while they're good songs, they get stuck in your head. Also, there is only one level. That fact isn't too bad, though because it is so immense that you will probably never see every part of it. Over all, I think the upsides far outweigh the downsides making this a 5 star game.

This is a fun game. Don't get me wrong. I was so anxious to get this game for so long.. I have to say that it is not a game that I would spend more than ... on. The gameplay is repetitive, and there is only 1 level.

Have I missed something? I think not..

The game has excellent sound and graphics, but fails deliver anything more than the same thing over and over.

The physics on the game are not that good.

Anyone thinking about buying this game should borrow it from a friend or rent it from your local video store before making the final purchase. It was fun, but not .... worth of fun.

This is probably my favorite Dreamcast game out there and everyone should take this one out for a spin. It's fun to just pick up and play. I just wish there were more cities to drive in and it's too bad that there are so few music tracks. Give it a try.

This game is AWSOME. It has awsome music and killer roads to drive on. (Axcal) Yeah yeah I got it (Axcal) Just shut up and lets roll. I love those words that Axcal says. The graphics are the bomb and the action is just too mutch fun to stop playing. Once you played it you'l want it like me when my friend got it for his PSX 2 and bought it I played it and bought a Dreamcast and bought it from here. ITS ADICTING trust me.

If you own a Dreamcast, this is the game you must have! It is so great! It has cool music, great graphics, realistic everything. I also find some of the people on it very funny. You are really missing out if you don't own this game.

This is a game that you will never get bored of. It is a one of a kind sega classic that you will love. There is not one bad thing with this game. There are excellent graphics, great sound, and easy gameplay. It is so much fun to drive to your own rules whiles picking off customers and then droping them off. MAKE SURE YOU BUY THIS GAME. PEACE

Off the bat I have to say that Crazy Taxi is one of the best games on the Dreamcast. Although the Dreamcast team is now making games for other systems they have had a few gems with their own system and this is one of them. If you played this game in the arcade, it's pretty much the same thing except that now Sega has thrown in a new, larger city to pick up passengers, along with a new Crazy Box mode which enables you to perfect your Crazy Taxi Moves. This game definitely has more than that of the arcade version and has good control. The only bad thing about this game is that if you were good at the original arcade version, this wouldn't be much of a challenge. Also, there is no two player mode in this game, and if there was it probably would have been better. If you play with a friend you can only take turns trying to beat each other's scores. Also, after playing the game for a while you get this repetitive feeling, especially with the music and the setup of the city. Overall it's a great game, especially if it's the first time you are playing it, but it could have been better.
