The Jedi additions are outstanding. Better game feel and play but the flying can be challenging. Not sure if I am not yet used to it but it is taking some time getting used to it to be able to fly and understand how to avoid death.

I am extreamly dissapointd with this game. Every section and mission is exactly the same with the exception of the location. There is absolutly no skill involved in beating the game which i was able to do in 3 sittings.
THE BEST PS2 GAME I EVER PLAYED.

It is a great game. 3rd best game i have ever played (behind saints row for xbox 360 and Kameo elements of power for xbox 360). Everything rox except for if ure being a jedi if u dont kill things u lose life.

im going to get to the bad thing first.
1:the high resalution gets annoying not too bad though
2:vehicles could be a little harder to kill
3:the fact that you can be a jedi is cool but it's not the greatest.
4:space could of been a little better not bad though.
5:guns overheating in this kind of game ruins it all, you have to wait about 5 seconds just enough to get killed before your gun cools down.
6:they do not use foul language,things like heck,iraticate, never heard any bad words...
THE GOOD
great graphics, i would say they improved on the first bf.
jedi are good if your just wanting to win.
new guns are much more powerful.
new looks for each troop depending on the levels.
campaign is actualy challenging took me 2 days to beat.
fun landing in the hanger of an enemy ship and then destroying there life support systems making their soldiers die easier.
overall this is a good game since it is only 20 bucks it's worth it.
great game,not so great bothans.

This is probably the greatest game of all time,dont' get me wrong.But there were a few problems.
pros:Great Weaponry and battles,Action packed fighting and exciting space battles.I Love Being A Jedi
cons:The Bothans cloaking device doesnt work,the campaighn mode only has two armies and stops at the battle of hoth,and it left out the phantom menace and attack of the clones battles.

I also got this game xmas and after palying battlefront ( nice game by the way) and this got better.Play as a jedi fight in space and more.The thing that stinks is that jedi's doesn't have health just time and if you dont find enemes or if you kill your own troops by mistake you lose time. Anyway this game is awsome and don't bother to rent it.Just by it
If you've got PS2 and PSP, buy for PS2

I've played in PSP and PS2 and, I tell you, you've got to buy it for PS2. There's a story/campaign, more better stages, better & options only in PS2.
Please kill be for buying the game for PSP; & please take my tip.

i love this game esspeacally space battle the only thing i dont like is when you die the bodies disepear and if you shoot them they dont do any thing ,oh and two more things i dont like is you dont get a knife and if you hit things with light sabers they dont get chopped up

Ok for all those people out there who gave this game a bad review i dont know how far off the wrong end you went. "I liked Battle Front 1 better"? That is a peace of crap, for once can you think, or are you too buisy writing bad reviews? Anyway this game has BETTER GRAPHICS.....MORE MAPS (i know they removed 2 maps and there is a reason they took out bespin, its because you can only fly in space and that makes sence).....PLAY AS JEDI/SITH.....SPACE BATTLE.....heh COOLER ARMOR.....and there is more but the only bad thing is they removed splash dmage from vehicals and tri droids are cheap but what ever, no one even notices that you can acualy tear apart a ship from the inside! Well im getting off task here and whoever thinks this is a waste of money or something like that, I meen i would stant there insalting you for so long ID KICK YOUR SORRY LITTLE @$$ AND....yea sorry well this game is a recomended one just listen too that.

If you plan to play it on a LAN network, look again before you buy...apparently does not support LAN play. Now, why would they (not) do that?!
