I HATE this game! I absolutly love SWB1, but this game is horrible. Yeah they added some cool stuff like jedi's, new classes and worlds. Also,the new vehicles are good oh, and space battles are fun. the biggest problem is they didn't fix stuff that was bad in the last game. the AI is so horrible, I think your teammates are actually dumber than they were in the last game. of course the enemies are even smarter which is also a bad sign. The campaing is stupid too.

Star Wars Battlefront 2 is the sequel to one of the best rated games of the year 2004. Star Wars battlefront 2 is probably better in many ways compared to the first Battlefront. For instance, there are new aspects of the game to explore. Such as space combat, story based campaign, an improved Galatic Conquest, Episode 3 planets, etc. The people who rated this game one star are just being jerks. My opinion is you should rent it first. If you really like it, buy it of course.

This game is a whole heck of a lot better than the first. It lets you be a Jedi, fly in space, and it shows you how the Empire's rise to power came to be. Although, there are a few problems. first, you can't lay down like you used to. Also, there are no Bespin maps, which I think is the whole Episode V. And last, when you are about to spawn, it doesnt show you the name of the Command Post or the vehicles that are avalible there. I have had Battlefront II since the day it came out, and i like it very much.

Its the best video game you could ever have!

I've never played Star Wars Battlefront II before but I heard is really cool! I own Battlefront I and I really liked that, so I'm hoping to get it for my birthday because that the only thing I want for my birthday besides Star Wars Episode III. I'm turnig 13 so if you could send it to me that would be great! PLEASE?

SWBF2 has been released even though it should still be in BETA. Excessive crashes in various areas, BETA software servers and a clear understanding from the gaming community that it was released too early. Buy something else.

Check out the LucasArts web site and visit the forum. Even though they are happy to ban people who flame the developers, there are still enough people getting the real message out. This game isn't ready for retail.

You only got a star because it was a mandatory field.
Not only was the horrendous postage not clearly disclosed at point of sale, but the game when arrived was not compatible with Australian playstation consoles...something to do with PAL.

We have all learned the enormous advantages of shopping locally.

Thanks for the lesson.

the game is very good, being able to change classes without dying and such, but the flying needs some improvements

I will have to say that LucasArts did a INCREDIBLE job in designing this game. I was a little scared at first because a lot of times the sequels are never as good as the old school versions. In this case, I was completely wrong. One of the many highlights in Star Wars Battlefront 2 is that not only can u dogfight in space, but if manage to get past some shields and turrets, u can land in your ENEMIES ships and DESTROY them from inside. There are many new classes and weapons. YOU CAN ALSO BE JEDI'S AND OTHER HEROES WITH IS INCREDIBLY AWESOME. what will happen is u will be fighting in battle, and some text will come up asking if you want to be _______. if you click YES then you respawn as _______. the more you kill with _______ the more time you have with whoever (yes that is a little disappointment having a time limit but hey, at least theres an option to be a jedi). to sum this all up i highly recommend this game to anyone because it never gets old, CO-OP or single player

This game has improved greatly. There is all new galactic conqust, two new class,a new traning lesson, new levels, capture the flag mode, hunt mode, all new space combat and you can play as a jedi.

this game has good gameplay and solid controls. This game will have you playing it for EVER!! YOU MUST PLAY THIS GAME.
