Grand Theft Auto: Rehash?? Careful Take Two and Rockstar.

5 Stars but concerned. This game will be another hit but not as big a hit as the other GTA's on PS2 especially GTA3. Yet another GTA game for PS2, that's the third one in about 4 years. I'm concered because GTA: Vice City, used the same engine as GTA3 and now I think Rockstar is using that same engine again. Sure maybe we can expect a GTA with an original engine for PS3 but I'm still concerned. Certainly with this being the second time they rehash the GTA3 engine for an all new installment, the interest level and popularity has to demonishing. I don't think this installment has people as exited as before.

First of all i hate this game, second i'm tading in my ps2 with the rest of the games. I'm trading it in to get starfox assult and a gamecube. Ths game is horrible, the sex, the shooting, carjacking, and i can complain all i want. Anyway i'm getting my starfox and gamecube back because amecube doesn't have violent games like ps2. I'm getting starfox assult because they are celebrating the starfox series with a starfox armada. I can't wait to get it, so don't get gta, get starfox. See ya.

I bought this game and was not very happy with it I Paid $50.00 For this Game for Christmas for my husband and now we can't play our PS2 System any more. It Crashed our System and now we are out the $50.00 for the game and have no system to play anymore. If you have this game Please contact PS2 and complain. I have contacted them and they tell me to send my system in at my Expense and they will decide to fix it or not, I also contacted my news station about this. Because this is not right to buy a game and then have your system crash and stuck with game that destroyed my system. Please Don't buy this game.

This is a great game, also i am not offended by the language and i am not a racist, i like the new character. But the hing is there are two many swear words, I watched my cousin play this and all it the words they say are fat A$$, ngga, fu**er, mother Fu**er and the b word. They can't go a single sentece without saying that. Plus the missions are to hard and all they think about is sex sex sex, on the multiplayer you can kiss, then you can pick up a girl in your car, go to a sucluded location and they will have sex. Also you can shop, eat, woukout, fly and swim. This game is like a black version, and they are living in the ghetto. It was very hard too see because they mad the sun glare too bright and steering was horrible. Plus i really like this game but i don't like the shooting, like shooting nnocent people. Also the car jacking and the fighting, if there is an officer that sees you do that then he will immediatly open fire and if you shoot him your wanted scale goes up, thats just the cops doubling looking to find you and kill you. Plus where are the tanks, they have no tanks. Also if you go to another part of california that you haven't unlocked, your wanted meter will fill all the way up and they will shoot you (literally). I'm not a racist or anything, i'm caucasian, but i liked Tommy better. I don't like c.j that much, getting out of jail, you don't see tommy doing that or saying all of those bad words like c.j. Also that person was right, they should have called it Grand theft Ghetto, because they live in run down houses, a bad neighborhood and they have old run down cars. If you like this game and have no brains then get it because your going to be spending $50 dollars. if you have brains like me then don't get it, rent it first to see what its like. Also i missed some parts. The graphics are cheap, the water is dirty, why couldn't it be like star foxes water for the gamecube, super mario sunshine's, or sonic heroes. I'm also getting that game for my ps2. But anyway gta's water is so black and dark. I wouldn't waste my money on this game, my cousin has it and i watch him play it. So don't get this game, if you want to then get it.

The next Installement for this Smash Hit looks Promissing. GTA3 and ViceCity were just amazing. Now comes San Andreas with loads of new features like swimming, riding bikes, plot robberies etc. (keep in mind that I heard these rumurs, but I promiss there all in it). I also heard that you play as a guy named CARL. There's gonna be 3 cities to roam in too! you're gonna need to eat food while you're on your journey, so that means Carl is gonna have a stamina metre. To me, this game is gonna rock!!! I advise everyone to get this game as soon as it's released.

this game sucks balls.IT is so violent and sickening,it teaches people how to kill,it is a stupid game.hmmm oh yeah people who play this game are stupid violent fools who have no friends.this game should be burned.in this game you get to kill innocent people,have s.ex with prosta.tutes then killing her,you get to kill cops by stabbing them,shooting them,burning them,beat them up and lots of other cruel ways.you can rob houses,steal things.....and you can steal cars.i hate this game it turns people into killers! this game is nothing but s.hit.dont buy this game,its crap.people who like this need to get a life!!!

gta when will people realize it sucks after 10 minutes

gta is ok for the first few days. but after a while it gets too repetitive. i can play any game in the series for about 15 minutes then im bored. anyone who has a brain dont get this piece of crap.when will they give gta a multiplayer. this would make it so much better. and whats up wiht exercising to lose weight. this game sucks.

This by far is the most realistic game that rockstar has put out.
It's about time they put a negro in a game! The realistic part about it is that if u eat alot u end up getting fat, and if u wanna be like arnold u can be muscular also, or if u dont eat u look like a skeleton. Unlike Vice city u have alternate ending's, if u wanna live legite u can, or if u wanna be a true G u can live like that to.You can go into bars and recrute folks of the street,This game is gonna be huge, and these racist crakers gonna find out how fun it is to be black!!

Now I have a nice list of similar games I can get my 2 year old so that he learns how to slam into smerdon in 14 years. Also I will get a copy of the old Carmagedon series. What we should really ban is self righteous pin-heads telling us what we should and shouldn't ban. I agree that kids shouldn't be playing these games...but I'm a 32 year old man. You cannot decide for me! ever!

I bought a ps2 just because of this game and it is great. huge map! lots of cars and goodies. never once have I gotten the urge to hit someone with a baseball bat or steal a car. your logic just doesn't wash.
