Finally GTA has come back to SAN ANDREAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

now all of you know that this game is going to be great, just like the past two gta's. I just dont hope that they mess up the gameplay and make it like true crime, and i hope its set in the 90's or today either would be great. ive heard that you will be able to swim in this one i hope so cause if you could of on vice city it would of helped out a whole lot and i also heard that you'll have a way bigger selection of cars and weapons to choose from. i only got one more thing to say and that is GTA is back finally if i were you i would go and reserve your copy of this game game Its going to be awesome.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have just found out that you can swim in the game, you have a total of 6 cities to go around, you can play as five different caracters, there is going to be a soundtrack by Arrowsmith and Nicklback and it is going to be great!!!

I have played gta:vc and it was fun but you dont want your 5 year old kid playing it hope this one is alot of fun.

Now, to be honest, I have never played this game. But when I accidentally stumbled upon the review section, I was shocked to see that it had already been given such a low rating. How, I ask, can such a game even be rated by other people when it hasn't even hit store shelves yet!? It is obvious. The Grand Theft Auto franchise has been absolutely blasted over the years due to its gruesome depictions, crude actions, and questionable ethics. It has been besieged by parents all over the nation, and perhaps for a good reason. It is a game which has been both unequivocally loathed by parents and unquestionably adored by gamers across the nation. But which ever way you sway on the subject, one thing is for certain: the Grand Theft Auto game series is one of the best and most revolutionary games on the market, and I have no doubt that San Andreas will further the legend. I have played Grand Theft Auto. I have played Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. And do you know what I said to myself after playing each game? I didn't say I was revolted, sickened, disgusted, or would picket Washington D.C.; I told myself, "Wow . . . someone put a LOT of work into this. The GTA staff created an ENTIRE city filled with characters and hidden events." So, how can I give it such a good rating you ask? Well, like I said, I HAVE played its predecessors (which is something most of its critics can't say), and not only was I pleased, I was glad to be able to witness a revolution in the video game industry. So let's get back to what a review should be. The fact of the matter is, whether you like it's message or not, GTA is a fine addition to anyone's video game collection. As for the blood, violence, and so on . . . . Well, I have been a gamer for several years and have always been attracted to games with violence. But guess what parents of America, I have never shot a REAL person in the head, I've never beaten a REAL hooker to death with a crow bar, or sold crack to REAL children via ice cream trucks. Video games don't make people violent. The fact of the matter is that WE ARE a violent people. We tune into car chases, watch action movies, and are absolutely entranced by a good ol' fashioned, bloody horror film. And so what? We've all played the classics, like Super Mario Bros. and PacMan. But how much better would those games be if you could light Mario on fire and watch him squirm in his bloody death pyre? How much better would PacMan be if, after gobbling up those little dot thingy's, his stomach grew and grew until it exploded and filled the screen with pixilated bits of yellow gore? Violence is just the icing on the cake. But it doesn't MAKE people abandon their conscience or lose that basic respect for their fellow man. Guess what parents . . . children are no different. And to every parent who cries for an end to GTA citing that it might cause their kid to become violent, I say this: "Oh, how little faith and esteem you must hold for your child."

The next GTA game...

I think that this game will be great. I own GTA Vice City and it's great. I heard you can swim in this one and there are more guns vehicles characters cities, etc. I cannot wait until it comes out. I recommend trading in games so it will reduce the cost, as this game will probably cost around (...) for a new copy. Another option is wait till it's used... but if you are a GTA fan then don't do that...

This game when it comes out is going to [be great], Vice city will seem meek compared to San Andreas. I will enjoy pissing off new cops and new drug lords. I think Tommy is going to be looking a lot older about 15 years give or take a few. Which will go with the games progression. Pretty soon he will have to retire from the business. Someone else will take his spot of course. That's all up to Rockstar to decide that. What I think will make this game [great] is, True Crime: Streets of L.A. will be blown out of the water and seem tamer than GTA SA. I really don't like True crime the physics is unreal and you get CTS just holding the damn gas button down.. I hope that GTA SA will solve all that not to mention use all the resources of the PS2. Vice city was okay but looked ugly on PS2. They need a new graphic engine.

5 Stars but concerned. This game will be another hit but not as big a hit as the other GTA's on PS2 especially GTA3. Yet another GTA game for PS2, that's the third one in about 4 years. I'm concered because GTA: Vice City, used the same engine as GTA3 and now I think Rockstar is using that same engine again. Sure maybe we can expect a GTA with an original engine for PS3 but I'm still concerned. Certainly with this being the second time they rehash the GTA3 engine for an all new installment, the interest level and popularity has to demonishing. I don't think this installment has people as exited as before.

this game is going to have so many new features to what i have heard. it will be like vice city in that you can have different ways to win. also like most have heard it is true that you can swim. the guns are also going to be new with more buildings and people to talk with. the gangs are going to be different and there is going to be two islands to go to agian.

This game is going to be a box office hit. you can many new things on this game, such as, rob people in their houses, and swim, and fly a real plane you can buy cars that are not on the streets yet, and customize it with rims and window tents, and fire power.
