Unfortunately, the single-player is incredibly boring...just bots and skirmishes. If there was a campaign, this game is flawless.

The multiplayer is great, and there are plenty of great modifications for this game. But if you don't have a broadband internet connection, don't think about it. This game revolves on a good internet connection.

This game is multiplayer without the multiplayer thats what makes this game so awsome, and the graphics and sound kick a$#

I don't know what everyone else sees in this game and why they consider it so addicting and cool, it, like Quake 3 is just mindless shooting only leaving you angry. Everyone in the UT community rocket jumps, a cheap way of getting a quick kill, and very annoying at the same time. This game is plagued with rocket jumping! There are alot of things I hate about this game, too many to list here anyway.

This is an absolutly amazing shooting spree! You really get the chance to go absolutely berserk! This has to be the best game of the millenium, Great graphics too, This one will have you watching your back for weeks!

but then I fell in love with the game! First off, the replayability is ultimately limitless. Secondly, there are these options called Mutators that allow you to edit effects into the game itself. Some are options such as low grav, jump match, chainsaw melee, sniper arena, rocket arena, etc. Then, you get to personally name and edit each bot you fight, and select from over 2 dozed sprawling maps. This game is definately better than Half-Life or Quake III, or any other video jock that has *ever* come out. This game now has to be my favorite game by all means.

When it comes to addictive action games,this game is the best I have seen in a LONG while!

It is more unique than it's competition (Q3) with a variety of new weapons which each have two modes of fire.

It's graphics are colorful and bright.

With so many ways to customize the game, the replay value is high! User created maps, modes of play, weapons, faces, skins, voices, graphics, etc...

This game is not for those looking for a story line. This is an action game! A rely on your reflexes kind of game. If that is what you are looking for, This Game Is For You!

I recommend this game to everyone that likes FPS games. This is by far the best game of the year.

With the traditon of Unreal the original like deathmatch, to the new modes like my favorite, last man standing. A must buy for 1999-2000!(:
