Grim Fandango is awesome!!! If you like a game with a cinematic theme to it and great characters and plot, you'll most likely agree with my number of stars for this game. I loved the film noir section of the game, it really was well wrote. The controls were very good and it had graphics to match the great gameplay. If you are looking for a great gaming experience, buy this game!!!

This was a beautifully drawn and masterfully made game. The story was exciting and detailed--you get to work with a character in a grim reaper suit! Also, how often is the protagonist of a computer game a latino?

I LOVED the music and dialogue. The puzzles were challenging (but not impossible) and as goofy as the puzzles from Day of the Tentacle. I hope LucasArts is thinking of a sequel!

Art you haven't seen a million times before... a quirky story... sly humor... and offbeat puzzles that make you stop and think but don't stop you dead in your tracks. Grim Fandango is so much fun it will win over people who think all PC games are shoot 'em up gorefests.

The only good thing Lucas had his name on in 15 years...

Okay, enough Phantom Menance bashing... Just wanted to add another five stars to the list. Great game, one of the best of all time, blah blah blah. It's ten bucks, just get it!

I waited too long to get this game. Had I known how perfect it is, I could have saved myself a lot of frustration with other, lesser, games. Lucasarts does not fail-their games excel, and this is the best of the bunch. You can even get the soundtrack from the game on CD! I'm listening to it as I write this, actually....

PS-Glottis is GREAT!

Not very groundbreaking in terms of gameplay, but an absolute joy to spend time solving. Not too hard, not too easy, visually stunning.
The game plays very similar to Full Throttle, an older LucasArts game made by the same Creative team.
At the ten dollar price it's at now, it would be impossible to be disappointed.

I enjoyed this game, what I played of it... I still haven't gone back to it... Without a cheat sheet you'll go nowhere... I know, I don't have one... The graphics are great but, it's somewhat boring... But, then again, I'm into action and adventure... You might like this... Someday when I'm bored, I'll go back to it and try to get it to go somewhere... Ho hum...

I liked this game for several reasons. It was visually stunning, the graphics flow very seemlessly. The sotry line is pretty cool and humorous. The puzzles in the game are not overtly hard, some are simple some take some thinking. It did not take me long to play the game but it was a nice, slower paced break from the high action games I normally play. So take a break and play this game.
