Black & White is a great game. You must have a fast pc and a good video card to take advantage of the game. Everyone that says that the graphics suck are wrong. Its your pc that sucks.

This is one of the best games I have played. I don't know how it only got 3 stars. My favorit part of the game is that you get your own pet. you also have 2 advisers, and your god. so you see this is the best game on earth!

This game is really boring. The gameplay is superslow and there are many glitches in the software. Its also pretty blasphamus. There is only one God, and we are not him, his name is Jesus Christ. If I could give it no stars, believe me I would.

This game was a huge disappointment. I have no idea what it's like to play because at about 10 minutes into it, everything froze and it had to be reinstalled. The patches were no help. You'd think for the price, the designers would have made sure all of the bugs were worked out. I'll never buy another game designed by this company.

What a shame...it could have been fun.

This game is quite possibly the best strategy-sim game for the PC. How could you not like being God?Messing around with petty humans, and displaying miracles is really fun.

I was looking forward to Black & White when it was on the 'Coming Soon' list. I noticed that
1. You can play as God
2. You can have creatures
3. You can name your creatures
and
4. You can batlle using creatures
It seemed that I knew this game already...
I bought it... and then... I liked it!
I thought my friends would like it, and they said it has cool graphics, creatures (I KNOW THAT!!!), and much more!
So, I reviewed it 94 TIMES, and came up with a review... my 1st review, for Black & White...
I thought 94 times of completing the game was a high amount...
This is all I could think of...

I dont't care what all you other people say this game is just fine. sure the controls are a little messed up but i'm fine with that. I figure that the controls and how the enemy god put's up the sheild are the only downside. Overall this game is pretty good.

I just bought this game, so i'm not very far into it, but so far, here's my reveiw:

1) Graphics: the graphics are slightly dissapointing when it comes to the villagers. all the villagers look blocky and chunky and strange, and they don't move their mouths when they speak, which i find sort of odd to watch. But, the creature graphics are good, the creatures are very expressive and interesting to look at, and the terrain graphics are nice, colorful and clear.

2)Creatures: You start out with either a tiger, an ape, or a cow. The ape is the smartest but not a good figther, the Tiger is an amazing fighter but not very bright, and the cow is smarter than the tiger but moves slowly and dosen't fight very well. (what would you expect, it's a cow.) I happen to have chosen the tiger. one thing that i don't like is that all the creatures are male, you should be able to choose their gender. Also, you should be able to name it more easily. (i think to do so you have to go to the game options room or somthing) The AI is pretty good, though i'd like to try a creature more intellegent than my stupid Tiger.

3) controls: The controls are pretty innovative and easy to use, but sometimes it's hard to get the right angle you want.

4) general game play: after the Intro, game play really picks up. if you can deal with the long, slow intro, the game is great.

This game is no role playing game you play as god , you control your villages fate but beware the enemey god nemis is lurking around trying to be the only god. You can chosse to follow the evil path or good path to learn more I'll give you three sites to go to for downloads and info: planetblackandwhite.com,bwcenter.com,or bwgames.com. These are really good sites to learn about black and white and the two new black and whites coming out
