This is one game that is worth playing and needs a rater large amount of intellect to play and some skill it has features that are unique to the game that are worth the play all i say is try it and make your own decision

I have owned this game for about 3 days now and all I can say is WOW! The creaters of thus game stopped at nothing to make a truly awsome game well, they did just that. prepare to lose a lot of sleep, you will be playing this game for days........non stop. Go buy this game, ya you stop reading and go buy this game, oh and you just wasted 30 seconds of your life reading this.... it was worth it.

He's just not good in the game, you DONT need to micromanage your villagers like he said, he just made them lazy. Leave them alone for a few minutes and they'll start solving their own problems. I'm already at level 4 and this game still impresses me. There are lot's of great features like the ability to choose a Creature (ape, tiger, cow, horse, leopard, gorilla, mandrill, wolf, lion, rhinoceros, ogre, sheep, zebra, etc) with an amazing A.I., which you can reward him (stroke him) for doing things you want or punish him by hitting him. You are able to do lot's of miracles (like 30, I think) and even teach them to your creature! You'll even laugh sometimes at things your creature does! It can even dance with the villagers. Each time, It will grow stronger and bigger depending on how you train him. And the biggest ability of all, you can be good or evil! The atmosphere will change depending on how you are, if you're evil you'll have bats near your temple! Buy this game, it's worth every cent!

I have laptop computer of P3 500, 128M memory, 8M ATI rage moblie video card. It runs pretty smooth. If you complain that the game is slow, maybe you need tune up your machine

Firstly i wanna say that,when i saw this game,i was really shocked.I hoped i can see a fascinating game because most of the magazines sad "This game is the best game of this year".But i can only say that,this game gets a big disapointment.

This game is wonderful. Some people say that it gets boring, but that was not the case for me . I found it was very entertaining. You should get it. The only annoying part in it for me is the part where the three men sing for bread, wood, and meat. Kinda dumb. But otherwise it was great!

This game is very original with good graphics. The person who thought this up was very creative. (...) However, once you get in the game you will encounter a plethera of annoying bugs. Some of these are invisible creatures that won't move, creature won't eat or learn, creature won't interact with objects, missing sheep for sheep quest, etc. So you go download patch 1.10 and install it. Then when you try to run black and white it will start to run but the game never makes it far enough to start. It just freezes. So you use the EAsy program to report the problem (...) and that program locks up your system. Congratulations, you have just wasted (...) your hard earned money on a (...) buggy game. (...)

Even though it doesn't hold the populous name, it plays and feels like they fixed everything wrong with Populous: The Beginning and the addition of your creature/avatar is a game to itself.
