Black and White rocks, most innovative game ever

Right out of the box Black and White worked without a glitch. This is by far the most innovative game to date, and also very fun to play, can you get any better than this? Check out Black and White for yourself and prepare to be emmersed in another world, where the game become "you".

Frustrating!

I played this game for about a month, but it got so tedious and frustrating that I quit. I am 12 years old and I've beaten Civilization III and other games like that but this game I just couldn't finish. Do yourself a favour, and don't even try it.

Slow and tedious

Ok I was expecting alot at first cause I went to a friends house and watched him play it for awhile, it looked like lots of fun. So I installed it on my computer, which is more than adequate for any other game, but apperently not amazing enough for this game, everything went slow and even when I adjusted the picture "quality" nothing changed, the quality was the same and so was the slow speed. So I dealt with it and started playing. The tutorial was sooooo long and boring I wanted to die, but I knew soon I'd have a creature and it would be neat. So I get through the tutorial and have to find my creature, which takes about 8 hours cause the controls for this game are the most horrible and difficult controls ever. I mean all they had to do was have the mouse control where you're looking and then have the keyboard arrows zoom in and out, thats all, but no, it had to be impossible instead. I cant even tell you how many times I got stuck just trying to move a few feet. Then after I got my creature I started trying to be nice to villagers, but they're all lazy and dumb, they cant do anything on their own, I killed them just for being so stupid and demanding. Then I had problems with my creature cause the bugs in the game wouldnt allow me to pick up a horse to feed it after the horse had moved out of the animals range. It was just so frustrating and bad that I immediatly uninstalled the game and returned. Its not worth anyone's time, and what seems like it would be fun is really just tedious and boring.

This is the best computer game I have ever played!!!!!Whether you want to save a population from starvation, or just see how far you can throw a villager, the world is your's.

I have to admit this game is a bit of a dissapointment! Ive been waiting for the release of this game for more than a year, and to tell you the truth, its not that entertaining at all. The controls are awful and the graphics are sometimes very choppy, (me having a Pentium3). I'm in to a lot of stratedgy game eg AOE2, but this just wasn't my cup of tea!

I have no idea why everyone thinks black and white is so bad. The ability to be a god in this game brings the genre up a few notches (about 7). The only problem is you need a lot of memory, and a good 3d chip. Lag in this game is very rare. The best part of this game is the ability to be evil. The game just rules!

Just like everyone else, I waited forever for the release of this over-hyped "let down". First off, it does not work with my video driver (ATI RAGE MOBILITY). I get this annoying blue strobe. Of course getting any help out of the manufacturer is IMPOSSIBLE. The game crashes constantly and is actually really boring to play. Everyone seems to be so amazed by the graphics, but I find them average at best (I see better graphics on my playstation). Anyway, don't even waste your money and time on this "half finished" waste of a CD-ROM.

Simulation, not fun

There is no gameplay. Also the bugs make it nearly unplayable. It would be a nice simulation, except that it really doesn't do anything after a few minutes.

Zero stars for this one, sorry.

This is the best game I have ever played in my life.It is so fun.I love being the bad guy and just throwing the people around and killing them.I think its a great game.This is a great game and all you people NEED to buy this game.It is worth the money and is a really run game and I recomend it.
