Baldur's Gate II?

This is going to be a great game! No, I don't work for Interplay (unfortuantly). But I played Baldur's Gate I, Tales of the Sword Coast, Fallout 2, Fallout 1, Odium which are all roleplaying games by these games. They all are great games. Baldur's Gate 2 is going to be even better. Look out RPG world! Here comes Interplay.

The story is just to far fetched.Too sci-fi,it went from being a kind of middle aged based game to becoming sci-fi with graphics worst than the first.The portraits are worse,the icons you can barley even tell what it is.Just a lack of animation all together.Its one big dissappointment.

I have not played Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn, but from what I have seen at Interplay's website, It will have 200+ more spells, More characters races to choose from, and will leave you trying to figure out the puzzles for days. With an improvment over Graphics, Interface, and playing it online, it's going to be one of the best RPG games yet.

Well although I have not played this game I know how awesome its going to be. Finally a game that has plot setting, even a climax. There will be so many different quests to do that you probably wont even do them all, yet even encounter them all. I have played BG 1, Fallout, and Fallout 2. I really enjoyed all these games. If Baldurs Gate 2 is better then all those it is definately the best game of all time. I thought it couldn't get better than Baldurs Gate 1. Now with Baldurs Gate 2 out with even better qualitys then 1, it will surely please all of you who buy it.

this game is a clone of the first. let me tell you it sux. the gameplay is exactly the same there are no improvement on graphics and it is very predictable. also your character starts out less powerful then the others. basically it is predicatble,stupid,and not worth the money. if you want better forgotten realms games go for icewind dale or the original baldurs gate. but dont go for nwn or bg2

Have played all the other major RPG's. Never played the first installment of this game, but purchased it due to the great reviews. Wish I had never read them. The game is terribly tedious to play and crashes every 15 minutes. Have tried for a week to get into it without success. The game has now been uninstalled and is going on ebay to get a small amount of money back out of this mistake of a purchase.

This game is not D&D. The whole thing is too open ended. There is no real purpose. I quit this game in less than a week. If you play D&D go buy Pool of Radiance: Ruins of Myth Drannor. Now there is a D&D game. Not this.
