This is a challenging game

4 Rating: 4, Useful: 7 / 10

My brother mainly plays this game, but without me, he couldn't have gotten half as far. At the beginning of this game, it is very easy, but because of your low hearts, every little hit sends you closer to dying. Then after you beat the "Light world", the "Dark World" is ever more challenging. You have to experement and read the programmer's hints. All in all, this game is definately worthwhile to buy and play (If you have Super Nintendo). Only for those who like adventure and logic.

Sooo Cool

This game is so cool. It's a really cool RPG. It's about a young boy who one night has a wierd dream where the princess is telling him to go to the palace,go to the dungeon and rescue her. The person who put her there was the power hungry GanonDorf who killed her father and is going to send her into anouther dimension called The Dark World (Formally the golden land where the Triforce was.). The young boy's mission is to save the princess Zelda, take the Triforce from the evil GanonDorf and restore peace to the Kingdom of Hyrule.

Great Game!

This was my first Zelda game. And the reason I bought a nintendo 64 machine and Zelda Ocarina of time. And look forward to The Legend of Zelda :Mask of Mujula to come out in fall. My whole family loves this game. Very young to very old. It is another Zelda success. You never get bored with it. You always discover something new. Great graphics, easy to manuver. Very challenging. As you play a story unfolds and you are a part of it. No Zelda collection is complete without this one. I was amazed at what they could do with a super nintendo game. Some of the bosses look so real. This one got me hooked on Zelda. Well worth buying.

I own this game for my Super Nintendo, and it's pretty cool. Although, it's not cool enough to get a 5 star rating from me. I've beat it a few times. It has a cool story structure, but it could have better items. When you beat a dungeon, you get a pendant, instead of an Essance, Mask, or Medallian. There are three dungeons in all. You can go between the real world and the dark realm to advance in your journey! That's pretty cool. It's up to you whether you want to buy it or not! See ya!

This game was one of the best! It's very fast!

This game is probably the best in the Zelda series! It has a huge world, many characters and a huge, huge list of items. Overall, this is probably one of the best games I have ever played. When you are running around the overworld, there are plenty of enemies to fight. If you like Zelda games, this is a must!

Zelda: A Link to the Past

This SNES video game cartridge is possibly the best overhead adventure ever to grace the planet. Link and his uncle receive
a telepathic/dream message from Princess Zelda who lies trapped
in Hyrule Castle, and now it's up to Link (who's uncle was injured beyond belief) to rescue her. The graphics are satisfying
enough, making for a great experience when playing. The music is
original, and though others may disagree, I always wished their
would be a soundtrack to the games like some other games have.
The places you go are very beautiful, and the style of this game
makes it as though you were really there! I find however, that after beating the first few bosses, it begins getting very difficult to beat the game. That's really my only complaint. Otherwise, this is a masterpiece...even by today's standards!

A SNES goody!

Just as the original Zelda game, A Link to the Past depends on exploring. If you study the land carefully you will find many secrets and will learn what is going on and what to do. The game has a nice bird's eye view and the general graphics are decent for 1992. Unlike the original, you do not travel a 128-screen land deprived of people and life. There are townspeople roaming around and HUMAN baddies in areas. The shops are more detailed and the dungeons aren't just a bunch of tiles with something different in it (don't worry, I still like the original). You have the ability to charge your sword and do a spin attack and learn new moves after most dungeons. This is an enjoyable game and is worth every penny you spend on it (I got it from a friend for only a small trade. He he!) A must buy indeed!

THE BEST GAME EVER

The Legend of Zelda is the best game ever made, period. I could care less for the past Zelda games (including the one for the 64) and I hate being stuck on a level that takes me two years to beat (It has been longer than two years for me to beat a level on the gameboy version) and this game doesn't have that problem. Yes some of the levels did take weeks or even months to beat but that is how RPG's are. This game has great controls, sweet (but dated) graphics, and a simple but involving story.

Great I love it. The game is cool they sould make the game harder and have more boss's than before. If you have not play the game you sould because the game is any other game that I play before in year's. I have two games of (Zelda) there are (The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time) and (The Legend of Zelda Majora's Mask) there are a great game you sould go and buy it and play it yourself. The game is fun you get to go places like under water on top of a mountain's and in cold caves inside a big fish and forest's ocean's rocky mountain's and graveyard's. nd saveing the world in the nick of time from evil king Ganondorf and stop evil monsters in each dungeon in the game. and saveing the world again... Now go play the game.
PS. play (The Legend of Zelda: A link to the past) that's a good one too.

A winner, no wonder a million seller

As most of all the other reviews state, this game is a must-have. You can get all sorts of weapons and items and such, and battle interesting people and bosses.
Everybody says this game has fantastic graphics, but really it looks like a pokemon game boy game which is why I took off a star.
In the game, there are soooo many places to explore and things to find.
Buy this game now........
