Simply a great game that can not be matched by modern graphics. A true classic and probably the best game i've ever played.

This is absolutely the best game ever. The graphics are very good for being on the SNES. The story isn't hard to understand, and there are no boring or tedious parts. Characters can either attack with weapons or magic, and each character has their own type of magic. Double and Triple techs combine 2 and 3 different magic spells. Time travel is crucial in this game, and it's very realistic. When you change something in the past, everything and everyone in the future changes. And the fact that there are 12 different endings to get makes this game even better. I have played this game countless times, and it is by far my favorite game of all time.

First my dad rented Chrono Trigger from a store. I played it for every day till it was due. When it was due, I told my dad I want this game. So, he got it for one of my birthday's, I don't remember which one it was, I just remember I got it for my birthday. I haven't finish the game, because my dad doesn't have the super nintendo hooked up, but I'm far in it. It is the best rpg game ever, I think. I think you should find this game and buy it.

Honestly I didn't by Chrono Trigger,but I did by Final Fantasy Chronicles,two snes RPGs(Chrono Trigger and FFIV)for the PS1. Well anyway the game is tight!I'm not going to give away the WHOLE plot,but basicly you play as Crono,and you meet Marle at the fair then Crono's Inventor friend,Lucca's expiriment backfires and you go back in time and OH I'v said to much!

For a SNES game this was good. I looked everywhere for this game and I couldn't find it until I found it on eBay for 100 dollars. I am relieved that its coming with FF2 and I am so happy that I save more than 60 bucks

This is The True and number #1 game of all time.

I have played 100's of RPGs, but this one was the best I've ever seen. Its graphics are great, it has the best story ever, It has an great battle style. If I chose to make a rpg 3d or 2d like chrono trigger I would make it 2d. Chrono Trigger will never be matched by any game made by a future game programmer like me or anyone else. If the game was to have a down side it would be that it wasn't made for a new system. I think this game should be ported over to game cube and x box when they come out because it truly is a Masterpiece.

this is one of the best games anyone could play! If my friend didnt rent this game for me I would be missing so much action. I admit the game can get a little rough but hey, if your a true game player you agree that this game is well worth a 5. Chrono
cross wasnt as near as fun as this game though. My point is, you wana play a game youve never playd before play this, I garuntee you like it.

This game is by far the greastest RPG ever made. This game has amazing music, a wonderful plot, and anime style graphics! I love all the characters and the games music just keeps making you want to come back for more. Overall there are aboloutley no flaws in the game!

This game is a true gaming experience all on it's own.
Its like the Tolkien book series of the video game world, except there is only one. (Not including Chrono Cross, which was also amazing.)
If you don't have this game and you're an RPG fan go buy it, right now, don't finish reading my review. Go out and buy it.
